Came in to the store saturday and Had the best customer service from Laura (I think, blonde lady with glasses) she went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped me find the right pair of shoes for myself and my boss. Couldn't recommend her more. Thank you so much for all your help will definitely be back.

Ordered size 8 boots online that were shipped from the Fountain Gate store, I received a left size 6 and a right size 8.

I frequently shop here for work bits and pieces and everything is so easy to find and the staff are so helpful! Particularly tiarnii who always has a smile on her face and is happy to help find the stuff I need! 5/5

Great workwear. I bought a shirt and a jacket but the service was very average. I went in two seperate times and I needed help. The staff stay at the register so i had to walk down and ask for help with a size and its a huge store! Then once the lady found it she proceeded back to the counter. It appears they are understaffed? Huge range of workwer but they need to work on customer service.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I had just come out of hospital & needed to get a couple of items for my Husbands Birthday. I spoke to Tara on the phone, who found the work boots I was looking for, and put them aside for me to pick up the next day. I also asked about my Husband’s favourite work shorts, as I couldn’t find them online. Tara advised it was a discontinued line. Upon pick up in store the next day, the make staff member was friendly & helpful, and when I approached the counter, he advised that Tara had also put some shorts aside as after the phone call on the previous day, she was able to find a pair. I was astonished! You don’t often get great customer service like that! Tara didn’t just leave it at that when our call concluded, she went above and beyond in search of these discontinued shorts, and put them aside for me. Thank you Tara, and the rest of the team at RSEA Narre Warren. I really appreciate all of your help.

I went there and bought work clothes.
You can find great quality safety and work clothes. And also I became a new member of the Rsea. They have discounts for their members.

Took work boots back after wearing for a day as they didn't fit right. Used their 30 day comfort guarantee but turns out the shoes you return aren't donated to charity.they're thrown straight in the BIN! They were perfectly clean, only having some creases in the leather from being worn (once)! But I was informed it's company policy to throw them away! Absolutely disgusting practice and will be boycotting. Shameful company.

Turned up today to get safety gear and got asked for white card, I understand we are in pandemic but warehouse workers in some fields still need safety gear and are allowed to be out getting if within radius allowed by state govt, thankfullly staff understood so I could get gear, so 3stars for staff but management need to rethink discriminating against some fields that need safety gear as well as construction

If only there was 0 star! TERRIBLE service from the older lady today. There was a limit from the company. She came around and ask why I was picking out the exspensive ones. She pointed to me to the cheapest clothes because of my limit. I said "I have my own money to spend. " She said "You can't take the good ones". Word for word! So I said "If you don't want to sell it to me, I'll leave it. " She stood there still pointing to the cheapest rack. Like look at the reviews before, they really have an isssue with customer service there. Wouldn't recommend people go there at all. Considering it is our personal money we are wanting to spend ontop, and we have to wear this everyday for work not the staff there at RESA. Honestly worst service ever!

All staff talking behind counter. I was the only person in the store and I didn’t get acknowledged or asked if I needed help. Wanted to renew my work wardrobe but clearly this store doesn’t want business

Went in on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago, cannot thank the three amazing staff members who were on shift enough!
They looked like they were extremely busy and understaffed and still found time to assist me to find clothing for my partner whom is extremely difficult to buy for.
Highly recommend.

So I went to the Fountain Gate store on a Sunday, store wasn’t busy three staff members on shift two standing behind the counter not looking busy and one settling clothes on the shelves, you can walk around there all day without any staff member asking you if you needed help, its very poor to see a business not willing to go the extra mile to make a sale, falls back on the training of the businesses, definitely would not go here again!

I've generally NEVER EVER had a five star experience at RSEA (most notably their Moorabin Store) but I needed a new pair of pants pretty urgently and was conveniently in the area to swing by. To no surprise I was greeted by orange signs advising customers their EFTPOS machines were down and could only accept cash.

I went in anyway to window shop (and would have picked it up somewhere else or some other time). Upon entering I was warmly greeted by staff to see if I needed help and if I saw the signs outside. After some browsing I was greeted by Maggie-Marie "Maria" who had excellent product knowledge. Despite having their internet and systems also down she took initiative to call another store to find out what I had previously purchased so I don't buy the same pair of pants on this run (I wasn't happy with 3 pairs of St Works which all ripped).

Maggie was awesome, who told me what was a new ranged product, warranty periods, unique features of products, and gave me suggestions specific to my needs.

Whilst it was frustrating not to have a seamless check out experience, the girls at RSEA Fountain Gate were very professional. I couldn't even click and collect because the product I wanted wasn't listed online (and the Retail Manager was on the phone trying to work it out for me). With all their effort, I was happy to make the effort to drive to an ATM to withdraw money because of their outstanding five customer service. They offered me an extra discount for my troubles but I can tell you that after having visited Moorabin, Preston, and Laverton stores - Fountain Gate have given me hands down the best customer service experience. This should be the standard across RSEA's stores. And I'm saying this even though I had to make an extra effort to make payment.

A huge shout out to Maggie, the Retail Manager and Jennifer. Thanks Team!
