RSEA Safety Essendon Fields

I come past here fairly often as it's on my way home from work. Store had a great selection & is always well stocked. But 4/5 times the staff are just standing at the counter chatting amongst themselves. Which I definitely do not have a problem with if there are no customers in the store. But if there are people around, they should probably at least look busy as it's not a great look.

Great selection of gear. I've been buying from this store for ages. I've had no issues in returning items. Super friendly staff, in particular a big shout out to Heather. Become a member. Great customer service!

Great experience. The Store Manager looked after me well, I walked in with a long list of garments I needed sizes for, he took the time fitting me & even filled out the Order Form on my behalf! Definitely the place to go for your Order Form.

The staff there are so professional I come a 1/2 an hour late and they were still willing to help me By staying back fitting me up with workpants for Monday Can't thank them enough Great variety So much variety Everyone getting the check it out

Great staff and a very good store with a wide selection. I returned a pair of boots one week after purchasing them as they turned out to be quite uncomfortable. They were extremely accomodating and understanding. They exchanged them with absolutely no hassle at all.

I am a regular customer.today Heather the assistant was excellent. Her service beyond expectations. Recommend if any1 wants excellent service to go in and see Heather. She deserves a pay rise.

I made two click and collect orders at this store recently. Both orders were made in the evening. On both occasions, the next morning, I received a courtesy call to inform me that my orders were ready. The store is welcoming, well-lit and impeccably clean and well-organised. Both of my orders answered my requirements exactly, fit perfectly and are of high quality. I am so impressed by the product range and the ease and efficiency of the click-and-collect process that I've just completed a third order.

When collecting my order today, I was assisted in a very friendly and professional manner by a young gentleman named Francisco, who made sure that I was completely satisfied with all the contents of my order, which was beautifully placed in a reusable bag. (Always appreciated.)

Just as a comparison, I made an online order with Sydney Tools over two months ago. I'm still waiting for it, and only receive updates when I initiate contact. The extensive, high-quality product range, the ease of the online ordering process, and most importantly the superior customer service provided by team members like Francisco is why RSEA Essendon Fields has my ongoing return business.

Great customer service! Had an issue with some boots I purchased a few weeks ago but Charli helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently when I brought them back in and explained my problem. Would definitely recommend shopping here!:)

I came looking for work boots suitable for flat feet and was immediately greeted by Francisco who was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the most suitable footwear. People like him are the heart and soul (pun intended) of a business and a special thanks for the customer service that exceeded my expectations.

Mark is absolutely amazing! Quick and Fantastic service. Took the time to Fit my son with everything he needed to start his new job. Highly recommend DFO store as your go to for workwear.

Tried to swap boots at the taylors lakes store and they gave me a rubbish excuse, went to the dfo store and they swapped them with no hastle!

These guys were so accomodating, ran in last minute just before closing and they were so helpful, can’t recommend them enough!

I arrived to the shop 30 minutes before opening during lockdown and the manager Mark, allowed me in to purchase all my essentials for the day. This store needs to be open earlier for people like us essential workers purchase things we NEED to work with and wear. Thank you Mark for your help and continue doing it.

Called and spoke with Mark who was accommodating to my needs at a short notice given we are in lockdown.

Terrible Customer Service on entry from an Older lady behind the counter, stayed about 30 seconds and left because she put us off even wanting to purchase all the items we needed from there. Will not be returning due to this lady at the front counter.

Bad customer service inquiring about a item on the phone and she says wait I am busy with the customer how can any one shop in the Essendon store
