Not very impressed with the services here as they stuff my boss around with his accounts and was phoning people for Nilly 2 hrs and then make things worse we got the accounts sorted and they put all the products back on the shelf dident even give use 24hrs to sort everything my boss not very impress with the progress of this store and nearher am I seeing now got no uniform for tomorrow and we ment to start tomorrow morning now another delay great.

Had to go in and obtain a few sizes for jackets shirts pants boots etc.for a new job.

Lady in her mid 20s was a great help.helped me for a few mins and took me around the shop picked out everything I needed and helped get correct sizing. Much appreciated

I love this polite and so helpful girl, Pegah, whenever I go there and she’s there I can shop easily cuz she’s so energetic.

Would give a zero if possible tried to buy some work boots on28/05/21 around 10am, no greeting when i entered, no customer service at all, one person serving a customer, other 2 more buzy chatting to each other, when the one serving finished just walked up the shop, not even asking if any one was ok, wasnt buzy. More staff than customers.you lost a sale today, and wont be return to your store or chain.

Seriously the female who served me looked like she would rather die then be at work. Was in store 25min ish and was dreading i got her at the register. Worst customer service. Worth the extra drive to go F. Gate instead

Don't go here, they are a waste of time. Take your hard earned money to a store that will respect you as a customer. DONT SHOP HERE AT THIS DANDENONG STORE GO ELSEWHERE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER COME ACROSS!
Went in store today to purchase some work shorts, we weren't greeted by the young girl at the counter, we were completely ignored. No one offered any assistance and when we walked up to the counter to pay there was no one to be seen, we waited at least 5 min before leaving the store with out the work shorts! Won't be going back, absolutely disgusting customer service!

Absolute joke!
Closed early on Wednesday, only to return Thursday afternoon. Not only was I completely ignored, they didn't have the right size in store, I had to take a similar product to the counter and interrupt the "what are you doing this weekend? " Conversation between staff to ask if they have any in stock.
The blonde woman just typed into the computer and started to list other store that might have them, but doesn't know.
Couldn't even check. I felt like a ghost in a store that has no tradie experience. Ended up next door at TT, and saw real retail experience.

Large new store with a great range, the staff were very helpful and even wrapped an item for secret Santa. I will definitely go here again!
