RSEA Safety Carrum Downs

Whilst all the staff at the Carrum Downs store have been lovely, it really is the exceptional customer service that Gin provides, which keep us coming back. Gin goes above and beyond every time for us, ensuring we receive the best advice, support and products for our team. Gin is that incredible that we even followed her when she changed stores! I highly recommend Gin, she's the best!

Well the 3 stars is only for the lovely girls that work there.not the older lady with a pony tail and a manager label on the back of her shirt.for starters why your standing so close to your employees when you are so obviously sick is concerning.clearly no personal space but more importantly to stand out on the shop floor and actively complain to your staff members also while around customers about another store taking stock is disgusting.to actively winge and bad mouth them is just wrong.i thought as a company you would all be there to help each other.i think the way you spoke down to your own staff and were just plan rude to them the entire time i was in the store is also not okay.i can honestly say if i was working there i wouldnbt be for long if that is how she treats her staff.to the lovely ladies in the store today i apologise on her behalf for you.you both were amazing kind and helpful.

The store is huge! A lot of stock and the staff are super helpful, if they don't have something in they are happy to order anything for you.
