Went to the Bayswater today to buy a pair of boots, No one came to see if we needed help or anything! Which they had three people working, as we were leaving no one said thanks for coming in. Very poor service guys!
Went in to find boots that are comfortable! Walked in and asked for a boot specialist Ash threw her had up and said that's me so happy and so willing!
Huge shout out to Ash she went above and beyond to help me, While making sure all the other customers felt important!

I went in to RSEA Bayswater looking for my new PPE clothing for work. From the moment I went in I found the customer service excellent, from two staff members Ronnie, and Isaac. They assisted me the whole time until I had exactly what I needed for the job. Well done guys you're a asset to the company.
At this store today. I drove for 40 minutes to bring in a pair of damaged shoes as instructed by SteelBlue's staff. However, upon arriving, I was stopped by a store employee at the entrance and told that the computer system was down and they could not assist me. I explained my situation, but the female staff member suggested that I leave the shoes at the door and hope someone would take them. When I asked if she could write a note and contact SteelBlue to inform them of the situation, my request was denied. It's concerning that at the same time, a white woman was allowed into the store without issue. I hope that this was not due to racial discrimination. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by the store staff.
Won't be going here again. Went to get myself new work boots and safety gear for when I go back to work, And get Hubby new work gear. And no one approached me. I was here for quite a while, while 5 staff members stood at the front desk talking to one another. Iv been to other RSEAs and have always been looked after within the first 5 minutes of walking thought the door. I will Not be returning to Bayswater. Only went in because I was driving past. I'll travel that little extra to get served with some respect!
Dont usually leave a bad review, but this store takes the cake for bad customer service. Staff of 3 standing at the counter, no interest in helping cusromers find what they needed. Finally went to the counter to ask for help. A half hearted employee directed to where i should be looking then walked away! Left empty handed and wont go back again.disgraceful
Practices planned obsolescence!
Zips break, stitching comes apart and eventually all the fabric loses colour and comes apart after a number of washes.
Everything I buy from here needs to be replaced several times a year.
Good quality clothing even workwear lasts at least a full year, but not this stuff.
It’s a real shame because they do have good designs.
It's an RSEA, so no surprises. Pretty good range, and what they don't have in stock, the very helpful staff are only too happy to order. I've never had a bad experience here, and generally left with what I came for, with the exception of the time I wanted something they had to back-order. I haven't looked for cut-price gear so I don't know if they sell it, but their quality gear is exactly that, quality.
Great except for the stupid mask rules.better now no masks needed but a amler range of suppliers now

Came to RSEA Bayswater with a list of PPE and work clothes I needed to buy.
Parking is perfect (right outside the front door!)
The store is well set out and roomy. Items are easily visible.
I managed to get almost everything on my list!
The staff were delightfully friendly and very helpful! One staff member even guessed my size perfectly, so I only had to try on one pair of trousers
We bought a pack of 10 N95 masks, finally got around after all the lock downs to returning one as the valve wasn't sitting straight, the guy told us we couldn't get a refund or exchange as the mask could have become broken in storage and recommended that we use a pack of 10 N95 masks ($59) in a week! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service or trust in the purchaser from this place, will not be back for another purchase
Hardly a safety shop 2 guys on ladders disassembling the front entry automatic sliding door customers tripping on their tools and parts metal shaving from their drilling flew past my face

Was in and out really FAST because the awesome sales person knew her stuff and was personable. VERY pleased.
Went to get a warranty on my boots because the zip broke after 26 days (I do service work) and the young lady that worked In there was so rude about me getting my warranty and said (don’t get zipped boots if work in construction because the zips break, this is your last warranty) she was so rude would not recommend. Treated me like I was a child and she was better than me
Staff too busy folding clothes and b1tching to each other about corporate policies to help. They don't display all sizes so you have to guess which items come in other sizes.
Could not honour a sale sign that was left up one day after the end of financial year. Legally he Dan (the owner/ or manager) has to honour it. Not just that I went in in casual dress, with beanie and a face mask he normally says hello.but I got the vibe that as soon as he thought I wasn't a tradie, he had no time for me and became quit rude. I have had a trade account hear for around 3 years. Will NOT, be going back. By the way mate you still have huge sale signs out the front and all through the shop, maybe take them down.
The staff here are super helpful.
They spend the time to let you try on all the boots you want to get a good fit.
Says you are open and came in to get a last minute present. So disappointing. I spoke to the lady last week and she assured me you were open today.
