The Barista Coffee Course of SCA is a great introductory course for all. It has an excellent mix of fun, fact, and flavor. Rachel handled our class professionally, her lectures backed by years of experience running a restaurant/cafe. She not only explained the “what” and “how” but the “why” as well. We were encouraged to have hands-on barista experience with different coffee menus and milk combinations throughout the day, which included preparing the machine at the start of the day and cleaning it at closing time. We also had unlimited coffee-tasting sessions. The place was clean, and the class atmosphere was robust and relaxed. I improved a lot after the class and learned to appreciate the art of coffee making even more. It was such a great experience that I plan to enroll in SCA’s other courses to complement this newfound skill.

I liked so much the cours, I just think that the instructor needs to remember that some students still don't understand very well english, he could speak a little slowly. If possivel, of course!
Anyway the instruct is great - dominates the subject.

Trainers were great and I learnt a lot. The pace was perfect, we had unlimited opportunities to practise and ask questions and I’m confident I know enough to be confident in my next venture.

Very easy booking and payment. The assessors were good giving all the important information not being boring or exhausting.

And Ben did a great job in our virtual classroom for RSA, yesterday. I highly recommend him and the course to anyone looking to gain certification for the soon to be booming hospitality industry. The coursework and assessments were polished and the trainer answered all of my questions. I just received my statement of attainment email today – super quick. Well done guys

Lindy from SCA is an excellent tutor bringing industry experience and a friendly, welcoming manner, to her role. The course is well organized and presented on Zoom. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I found Raji's delivery of the Food Safety Handler course very inspiring. This topic can be a bit boring, but Raji was very interesting, engaging and was interacting with all students to ensure that we understood the topic being discussed. Being a Zoom lesson has it's challenges, but Raji dealt with everything very professionally.

Just finished up a class with Ben over Zoom, can genuinely say he was thorough and informative and very polite. I enjoyed my time in this class and would recommend to others for sure.
