Absolutely amazing customer service. Came to RR AUTO at closing time to refill AC gas without any appointments. But they fixed the compressor gas line nuts and refilled in less than 40 mins and kept me on the road with cool air in the car at 30+ temperature day

These guys are the best! Front wheel bearing went in my xTrail and they were able to fix it for me… 3: 30pm on a Saturday! I called out of the blue! Leaving on a trip to Sydney 7: 30am tomorrow! They saved my holidays! So thankful they were so helpful and understanding! Big recommendations!

Ridiculously unprofessional.
I took my car in for a simple re-gas. After 1 hour of waiting they tell me they dont have the adapter to my cars ac system, something that should have been noticed 2 minutes in.
They topped up my overflow reservoir with red coolant and spilled it all over my paint and hoses, insisting to me that this car had red coolant in it. I popped open the radiator and low and behold beautiful bright green coolant (that i had put in days before).
Absolutely pathetic.

Zero stars, you have wait at least 30 minutes for him to come and check a car after booking a time and date. Then don’t know how to paint and they do half the work. I won’t suggest this to any one.

The most optimal servicing suggestions I ever got at Car service stations. I just give my keys, and that's it. My car is looked after very well without me having to specify anything. Mr. Ranjeet is a thorough professional and a wonderful person.
