I tried to resolve an issue with Samsung directly about a new fridge for 3 weeks. Rob at RQ Electrics called me straight away and booked a technician to come out in 2 days. David kept me up to date with his arrival, was prompt, efficient & explained in simple terms what the issue was. I now have a working fridge thanks to RQ Electrics. Thanks to Rob & David for your excellent customer service!

Excellent service and honest advice. I spoke with Rob, who was very knowledgable and helpful. My problem was fixed quickly and inexpensively. Very professional - highly recommend.

I contacted RQ Electronics on a Friday to help fix a dishwasher. They took my details and stated that someone would be out to help me on Monday.
They came and sorted out the dishwasher, they had everything they needed, including a replacement pipe. And they were done within the hour. Very efficient and very professional.

We were very happy with the service provided by Samsung & R Q Electronics. 1 day after contacting Samsung, Matthew from R Q called to arrange a pick up of our microwave. We are older people & really appreciated not having to take the microwave to the service centre. Mathew identified the problem very quickly & returned the oven promptly. We would certainly recommend him & the company for any future work.

Very poor service. After I called them they were more than happy to take in the order. I booked in for someone to come and fix my washingmachine few days later. I took a day off so I could be home. Nobody contacted me on the day, so I called the shop and was told that the technicians would come as per booking, but nobody turned up, so I called again and was told that they will come after the weekend. Nobody came. Super unreliable. I would not recommend this shop for any repairs at all!

I had two technicians from another company to fix my washing machine the problem was not fixed. Acall to RQ Electronics and my washing machine runs beautifully

No customer service. Samsung repair under warranty for a robo vac. Constantly chasing up the status for weeks. Left over a half dozen messages (to which they never called back), when we did get through were advised each time that they would call back but never did. Absolutely horrible experience. Formal complaint raised with Samsung and Vic Consumer Affairs.

I called Rob about my Samsung fridge. He gave me simple advice to reset it. Everyone else on Samsung's repair company list wanted to charge me a call out fee of nearly $200 to give the same advice. I get that they want to make money but this was as simple as switching the fridge off and back on, it had turned itself off due to a power surge. Thank you Rob!
Also RQ had fixed my fridge under warranty 3yrs earlier and had been in and out in 30mins and turned up on time. Great operators.

Rob and his team know their stuff. Honest, reliable and affordable. I will always buy Samsung as I know if there are any issues, these guys will sort it out. Highly recommended.

My dishwasher, turned itself off with an error code and leaked last 3 times we used it and over filled which left our kitchen floor covered in water.
Technician came out, wouldnt listen and kept talking over me. Could barely understand him. Charged over $100 for him to tell me "close the door properly it works fine", then proceeded to show me how to close the door. Closing the door had nothing to do with it over filling and leaking through the gap that is under the door! Kept asking has he checked the part, just kept saying its not leaking. Even showed him a video of it doing it!
Charged that much to sit on his phone for half an hour watching the cycle go with just water, didnt check the part. Said if happens again to re book. No chance! Guy on the phone was more helpful.

Initially I was put off by the unprofessional manner in which the phone was answered and the way I was spoken too, but Samsung have them recommended as a 'preferred repairer' so I went with it. Was told by the owner that a technician would call me and we should be able to book something before the long weekend. That weekend came and went and I figured they were already busy and couldn't make a time. The week then went by with nothing and I called the owner yet again to be told that the technician would contact me.again. The technician called to make a time with less than 24 hours notice, spent about 10 minutes or less looking at the fridge and advised that a part would need to be ordered. After almost another week, my wife called only to be patronised by the owner as 'sweetheart' and 'darling', the technician books another time with less than 24 hours notice again and then just when I think the fridge will be fixed, he says there's a gas leak and the whole fridge will need to be replaced. Why couldn't he figure that out the first time he looked at it? I've been about a month without a fridge now and have been entirely put off by the ineptitude and unprofessionalism of this company. Would certainly never use them again and I'm glad I didn't end up having to give them any money.

RQ Electronics and the service technician who conducted a repair on my mothers Samsung refrigerator were fantastic. They were very responsive with a 2 day turn-around from booking and the work was done professionally and quickly. All aspects of this job were perfect. Highly Recommended

I highly recommend RQ Electronics. Super friendly and very helpful! I had an issue with a Samsung fridge and they were able to get the work done under warranty and I did not expect that to happen. The service tech came out the next day and had it fixed in a half hour. Couldn't have asked for more. Amazing experience.
