I have used RPM before and that is why I returned to them. I have the option to use any other repairer but I still chose RPM. They are so organized. They arranged everything in order to make sure everything went smoothly. I was able to drop off and pick up easily without it disrupting my day. Just a wonderful experience!

Super friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to be without my car for five days to get a part fixed, so they organised to order in, paint and match up the part prior and they ended up only having it for half a day, which was amazing. Appreciated that they were able to do that for me!

We collected our car from RPM Somerton Yesterday and our nine year old car Mazda 3 looked like it just rolled out of the showroom floor.

The customer service was good as they always assisted me with my concerns but, the quality of the work that I saw that was done to my car was just appalling. Half the respray had very bad orange peel and swirl marks as if they used sandpaper to detail the car at the end. The lining of the paint on some parts was horrible and not straight at all. Over spray on some parts and some how managing to not mask parts of the car correctly which caused the two tone spray to end up on the wrong parts.some parts weren't even painted properly as you could still see the undercoat. And I don't under stand how you could not remember to apply factory stickers which you needed almost a whole day for.

I found my experience with RPM to be very professional and friendly. From having my vehicle assessed to booking in repairs, I was very comfortable with their team. Repairs were completed & when I collected my car after repair, it looked like new! Very happy and would recommend RPM as a collision repairer.

AMAZING! My Clubby looks brand new, they did a GREAT job the quality of the repairs and the attention to detail is spot on, well done guys. My hubby is very very fussy and so picky about his cars and he loves it said the car looks FANTASTIC. The receptionists are so courteous and were very helpful, they kept me updated during the repair. Great Customer Service.l would recommend RPM to anyone.
