Royston Hotel

We had an absolute blast on our first visit to the Royston. The food and atmosphere was great but the service was what made the entire experience. Jake who took care of us was hilarious.we will definitely be back.but only when Jake is working:)

Everything about the Royston is the best! The food, the service, the decor, the consistency. Everytime we go it is fabulous

Booked a large group (30) in advance for a family Christmas dinner and had it here last night. The arrangement with food menu and drinks was clear and everything went smoothly. They were able to book us in without a deposit and everyone was able to pay separately, which was perfect. The food was great, the price was super reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was happy. Thanks to the team. I’ve been here before and will be back

The best Sunday roast in Melbourne served by the very best Waiter. Can't ask for anything more, five stars all round!

I went for the Tuesday Parma night and it was such a great experience. We were greeted by bubbly and welcoming staff, she mentioned she needed the table back within 2 hours. It was nice she mentioned it at the start whereas other restaurants tell you 10 minutes before they need it. The food was delicious, amazing Parma, fresh crispy chicken with perfect amount of ham and cheese. I will definitely be returning, especially for their happy hour! A new fav! Thanks for a great night out.

That ‘hungry mac’, the Royston’s take on the McDonalds classic, might just be the best pub meal I have eaten. Certainly the best burger and is on the Mount Rushmore of best pub meals.

Fantastic venue and cheers to the manager for accommodating an extra guest I forgot to account for. Recommend for anyone looking for a venue for any occasion!

We had a lovely night at the Royston. The waiting staff were so friendly and cheerful which I always appreciate. The food was great. I had the cauliflower and halloumi salad. Do try the patatas bravas too!

Food was great! We order 2 parmas and just loved the way it was cooked. Chicken was moist, chips and salad were elite as well.
Staff were friendly. Would defiantly go again.

Groovy pub. Awesome staff. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend sharing plates for starters: squid, cauli and the potato dish with chorizzo. YUMMO

We love coming to dinner here since moving to the area. We’ve taken friends and family, and they always agree. The Royston has fantastic food, especially the steak with hassleback potatoes and cabbage salad. We love the staff, they are always fun, energetic, and welcoming. We will keep coming back and back.

Absolutely amazing Sunday roast. Delicious. Incredible value for money. Super friendly and welcoming staff. First time there; certainly won’t be the last. Good star.

Had a great night the dining room at The Royston. Great service and the food was equally good. Wines excellent. Have been before and will come again.

Had dinner with a group of friends. The entrees were excellent - we had the crispy eggplant, calamari and mo-mos. I had the kangaroo for main and it was cooked perfectly. Everyone enjoyed the meal and it was quite well priced, washed down with some beers and a couple of wines.

I have had lunches here in the past and the burgers were good from memory.

The only downside is that parking was difficult even mid week.

Was told is the best Parma in town! They weren’t wrong! Thick enough chicken piece not to be dry and balanced really well with the salad side thingy bob!

Great pub with a 'local' feel and very impressive drinks range. Friendly staff, quick service and a great spot for a long lunch. Not to overstate but the cheeseburger spring rolls are lifechanging!

The food is better than 90% of restaurants out there, no word of a lie!
Pubs are becoming the new one stop shop and this pub leads the way. Great beer (i would wish at least one normal Lager was on tap tho) nice atmosphere, reasonable price and incredible food. I had the Philly cheese steak and it was incredible. Will be back!

Uber cool pub/bar in the back streets of Richmond, super friendly staff and a great, on tap beer selection. Highly recommend

With family we had a great Sunday lunch I had salt and pepper squid no problems and momo dumplings to die for! But the star of the day was the waiter or floor manager what a great job he did 10 out of 10 for him a fantastic job thanks so much
