Very good service, large range of windscreens in stock so there is less waiting until your vehicle is fixed. Two technicians arrived shortly after phone call and removed the old windscreen and replaced the new one. Cleaned up mess and left a very tidy car with new windscreen.

Have had many windscreens replaced by Roy's. Onsite and in office. It's a bit cheaper to go in and they always have stock of what I've needed. Really nice people and they do a quality job.

Friendly, professional service and change me close to half the price quoted to me by O'Brien. Pretty happy with that!

Jane should not be answering the phone. Evidently has zero training, talks all over you, is rude and curt. They can not guarantee a time but get annoyed when they come to site 2.5 hours late and our vehicle is no longer there. Genuinely appalling attitude and we will not be using Roys Windsreens for anything ever again.

I had my Windscreen replaced January this year (2020). Superb job very reasonable price.

I took my daughter’s car today as I thought the windscreen may be leaking. They spent at least 20 minutes testing the windscreen and other sources for leaks. No leaks, I asked how much I owed and they said no charge and wished me a merry Christmas.

I would highly recommend them not because I got something free but once again they proved they are highly reputable company and supply a high level of customer service.

Booked windscreen in and was quoted a price but when I had a friend take car in he was charts 30 extra.

There was air whistling sound inside my van cabin and i asked them to come with me for a drive so they can feel it and might be find it where from it coming but they said we will check.in the end they called me you windscreen is broken while we were checking and put a new one.
But whistling sound still same and showed them again and now they came with me for a drive and saying may side door rubber is loose may be radio antenna is loose may be that loose this loose.end of day they charged me $440 without solving my problem.

My friend was booked in for 2-3pm today and the guy was a no show. Just didn't show up.called to say he was on his way but never came been waiting hours. Thats not very professional at all.

Great service and great pricing, they were half the price of O'Brien's auto glass and the whole service was completed in 30minutes and the car was back on the road.

Hopefully I dont break another windscreen, but if I do I know where I'll be going

Excellent Service, were able to order the window in and install same day. They even vacuumed the broken glass out of the car, very happy customer.

Much appreciated the skill and attention applied in replacing the screen in my 1960 Holden. Not a regular job, but these guys know their stuff.

Usually same day if I'm calling early enough. Very good workers to deal with. Being that I work in a mechanical workshop doing mainly rwc inspections. I use them a fair bit.

Frustrated! Trying to contact Roys Windscreen since Friday 27/12 (website reads they are open). When calling goes direct to voice message where I hear all about Roys service and am "thanked for my patience and they will be with me shortly", then 4 mins later my call is disconnected (exactly 4mins on a few calls). I emailed Roys on Friday advising the above, I rang on Saturday and was able to leave a voice message asking for someone to call me. Rang this morning at 8: 10am as they're website shows opening hours at 8: 00am and now I'm back to waiting on hold for 4mins then disconnected. On Christmas Eve my car was broken into leaving a smashed window. I was recommended to contact Roys Windscreens for window replacement and tinting, shame I am unable to get a quote.

Excellent service and reasonable price. The lady at the front was very friendly and kind when I was waiting there with my kid until the windshield is done.

3rd windscreen from this company! Never had a problem, paid with credit card over the phone for my son to have a new screen fitted as birthday present, again perfect job. Today fitted our Isuzu Dmax, done both efficiently & quickly.thanks guys!

Quick and efficient, but unfortunately the windscreen crack repair kit was out, so I had to return the next day. Annoying but not a deal breaker.

Had a Daimler rear screen removed by a different company who not only couldn't get it back in, scratched the car. Rang Roys and Nidge came out and sorted it out like a professional should. Great service, great job, very professional and courteous, Highly recommended and will be using them for our screens from now on.

Straight forward, no bull service and top notch workmanship. The guys came out to my place while i was at work, changed windscreen, left everything clean and tidy and left again. I came home and BANG new windscreen. They even folded up the tarp i had over the broken windscreen and put it away in the back of my van. Made payment over the phone and the emailed the receipt/invoice straight away. Would recommend to anyone, its good to finally find a business that actually delivers what they promise and what i paid for keep up the great work
