Visited the business today to find tiles to match our roof. Found the exact same tiles and drove away with 20 replacement tiles. The staff member who helped me was excellent and really knew the stock. I highly recommend Royce Roofing.

Had my roof done in August and everyone was very helpful and friendly - it was a big job and fairly reasonable having obtained other quotes. Other companies also charge $$ for replacing tiles and other small items whereas RR included them.

A few days ago, I heard a tapping sound coming from the ceiling and contacted Royce Roofing to have a look and see if they could fix the issue. They followed up with me and got someone to come out immediately. Upon checking, they discovered small cracks on two tiles which they replaced.

Very happy with my experience from obtaining quote through to after sale warranty - highly recommended.

Bought 8 baskets of paint. The guy at the time at the dask said I can return it so I trusted him as I told him I'll buy more incase if need it if not I'll bring it back but now they are saying can not return. Very disappointed. Hard to trust Royce

Can’t fault this company, I’ve been in the roofing industry 30 years now and it seems like most roofers these days have lost touch with requirements and so on and even though at Royce Roofing they may seem young they are extremely knowledgeable. I drive well over 2.5 hours each way to get the products and advise that the others seem to miss out on. Well done Royce Roofing 10/10.

Thanks to Dale for doing a fantastic job on my roof repair. He arrived promptly and explained what had to be done and then asked if i would like the rest of the roof inspected. Which was very much appreciated.

It’s not easy to find good roofers; based on online reviews, we decided to try Royce Roofing. Hannah from Commercial Sales used a drone to provide us with evidence as to the state of our roof. Utilising this technology meant that we were able to see for ourselves the condition of our roof. Hannah was honest and straight talking and she kept us in the loop as to how long it would take for us to have our roof repaired.

With all the storms Melbourne is experiencing; all roofers are flat out right now. It was worth the wait to get Dale to do our roofing repairs. Dale treated our place like his own and gave us excellent roof maintenance tips. Dale worked hard to complete our job in a time efficient manner whilst also doing a high quality repair. The outdoor area was hosed down and cleaned so that there was no damage to our plants/planter boxes below. Dale was polite, friendly and honest. Once again, photos were provided as evidence of the job Dale completed.

The service provided from Royce Roofing from the receptionist, to sales, roofers and the accounts department is professional and attentive. The management of this company are obviously working hard to create a great environment for their team and are to be congratulated. Thanks Royce Roofing.

Very slow service, wait quotation for 3 months, still waiting

I have called them in July (3 month ago) for roofing services, agreed on $200 for roof inspection + quotation, and will deduct $200 if happy with quotation. A man showed up spent 10mins checking the roof, which looks professional, I have no doubt with that. Today in October I received a call for making payment for $200, but still no quotation, I will wait for quotation, but not really happy with service & follow up speed. I don’t want to waste $200 so that means I can’t go find other company do the job hehe, hopefully they can do good job

I have been in the building industry for forty years in that time as a commercial site manager. My first impression was when I had the quote for the removal of hip and ridge tiles, and rebeding, pressure wash the lichen from the roof. The first thing Adam did was pulled out of his truck the was his safety harness, ladder all tied off most impressed. There quote was not the cheapest. They arrived on the day that was scheduled with a large crew to carry out the work which was completed on that day. The gutters where cleaned a couple of days later. There where a couple of small defects which was rectified by Kristian who was a very obliging person I would strongly recommend this company.

An update following my previous comments. On Friday I raised my concerns, these were address same day and Monday the roof was assessed and repair works undertaken with professionalism and genuine concern and care. On Tuesday a further check was done to ensure there were no further issues. Sometimes things do go wrong but I believe it's how it is handled and rectified that shows the true colours of a company. I'm pleased to say these guys take their work and reputation seriously and so it's FIVE stars from me. Thanks very much to the team for your customer care. Louise

Unfortunately, three weeks after my roofing works I noticed a 'sag' to multiple areas of mortar and to my horror when I touched it it was still WET! I have called Royce Roofing and am waiting for their response and rectification. I will update once I know more. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now but it will be a real wait and see.

The Royce Roofing crew replaced my roof after leaks started appearing in my lounge room ceiling. The overall service from the detailed quotation to the completion of the job was brilliant. At the outset, they recommended second hand terra cotta tiles which saved me considerable cost, but still gave me the benefit of 40-50 years usage - and which came up like brand new after a final pressure clean. They kept me updated on their progress right throughout the process and made sure all gutters and work area were fully cleaned when they left. A thoroughly professional and friendly company that performed a high quality roof replacement. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
