Excellent service. I needed an affidavit signed urgently but with a young baby getting out of the house to find a JP was going to be difficult. I found RVAHJ's remote witnessing, secured an online appointment for the same day and had all my paperwork completed quickly and efficiently. Ian and Sandra were very friendly and walked me through the whole process.

9 people attended the Ballarat police station Document Signing Service from 11.30am (advertised hours) this morning for up to an hour for no service. Prolific signage, no indication Service was inoperative, no indication from police that JP not in attendance.

What a fantastic remote witnessing service! Excellent service provided by Colleen and should certainly be a permanent feature of our justice system moving forward.

Thank you to RVAHJ President Paul Mracek, such a professional service. You are never too old to learn a computer, let alone go online and undertake an affidavit which my 82 year old mother did so well today. Paul went through the process thoroughly step by step.

This is a wonderful service. I had to organise an online witness via zoom with very short notice. My witness, Paul, was very understanding and helpful. I could not be more thankful. I would strongly encourage others to use this service.

The RVAHJ provides an indispensable service to the Victorian community through its remote witnessing. Paul saw me at incredibly short notice, outside of ordinary working hours, and helped me to secure employment during this challenging period when I would have otherwise likely lost out.

REMOTE WITNESSING IS A LIFESAVER! My wife and I are stranded overseas in the midst of the second wave hitting Turkey, and its not safe driving to Istanbul for witnessing face to face. We hope remote witnessing becomes permanent, because we were pulling our hairs out and stressing until we discovered that remote witnessing is possible, and it just makes so much sense with the ubiquity of smartphones and technology that the law keeps up with the times to ensure that statutory declarations are accessible at times when we need it most.

This is an absolutely wonderful service. Thank you so much for offering this online.i would highly recommend that the government continue this service going forward for convenience, efficiency and deliverability of a much needed service to the community. And special thanks to Wendy the JP!
