I am very impressed with Royal Taxi Service in Pakenham. I booked the taxi via their website. I received electronic confirmation that the job was booked. The driver arrived at the appointed time, was friendly and got me to my destination on time. I will use this service again.

I've been a local for like 6 months in pakenham and these guys have been able to pick me up every time i call them which is roughly everyday and i havent had to wait any longer than 10 minutes 15 max if they're flat out but the service is just impecable.

Efficient and prompt service. Polite and helpful. I had 2 large cases and had booked a 3.50am cab late the day before. At 3.50am the driver rang to say he would be 5 minutes late, was apologetic, and when arrived was very helpful with my luggage. Price was reasonable and I would recommend.

Wednesday night in pakenham nobody around like a ghost town cant get a taxi because apparently its a high demand area lol. I havent seen one taxi all night cant be that high demand.get a better system.

My partner and I have been using Royal Taxi Pakenham for quite some time. They have always been punctual, polite and efficient. When they are expecting delays they will inform you of approximately how long it will be before your cab arrives. Definitely worth five stars.

My Canadian relatives used this companies services on 12th April 2017.
What a rip off. A $10.00 trip and they were charged $27.00. When I contacted the owner of the taxi he claimed my Canadian relatives gave the wrong directions. Didn't care that the customer was ripped off. Would not recommend these rogues to anyone.
