Great food, great decor and even better service. Food was delicous. Staff were so kind, they even gave us an extra cup of chips for free because they acidently made an extra. Would reccomend!

Honestly one of the best burger chains in Melbourne. The Prince Hakeem and Duchess are our favourite. We used to go to the Coburg chain and are over the moon the Doncaster one has opened up. Please bring back waffle fries!

Very nice and clean! Place looks spotless so I'd assume the kitchen and oils are all clean. Went down perfect.
Also best strawberry milkshakes

Amazing decor and interior design.
Burgers in my opinion are over priced and very similar to a chain restaurant.
Fries were crunchy but felt dry.

The mixer for drinks is nice.
Tried it once for the hype.

We've been meaning to come to Royal Stacks for a while, as we'd visited the one on Collins St back when we used to work in the city. We came in early lunch on a weekday, all seats were available and the place was clean.

We ordered a couple chicken burgers with a side of fries and a ginger beer. It set us back $44. My burger was full favoured and yummy, quite greasy though with oil dripping off the wrapping.

My wife's burger wasn't as good as the one we had in the city. Something was off balance about it. Maybe the coleslaw was too bitter and there wasn't enough dressing to offset that and bring it all together.

Overall, it was solid but not spectacular. Some more decent burger joints around the area.

Been here a few times now for dine in and takeaway and have really enjoyed the food. The quality of the burgers have been consistent. Service is good and the wait isn’t too bad. We usually get the double stack and Sunday Ray. The cheese chilli fries are very nice as well.

I’ve never been to a royal stacks before but decided to try it out tonight. A girl with 2 braids served me and made the process very easy. Excellent customer service and delicious burger and fries. I will definitely be coming back.

The burgers are good in the begining couple of months，then chicken is salty ，bread is cold ， chicken is not well cooked ，and kale is bitter.it's really disappointing.

Food was great, American themed with clean and tidy cafe/restaurant. Polite and helpful staff. New store, so recommend being a little patient as they get used to things.

First time in this branch, regular visitor of the Sydney Road one.
The place is nice, decent amount of parking but can be difficult in peak time.
The burger was very nice, however the chips was a big let down, the Sydney Road store makes French fries and its much nicer.
I got a large meal and it was $40 so it's quite expensive for a burger joint.
The best part is that it's halal.

Food was great, as we're the shakes. However, with at least 10 kids in the restaurant all under 10 years old, playing hip.hop that is not clean versions of the songs made lunch very unenjoyble. I don't need to be explaining to my seven year old some of the words in various DMX, snoop dogg and 50 cent songs. All good apart from this.

Purchased on uber. Extremely disappointed and will be contacting department of health. RAW POORLEY MEATTTTTTT

Did not at all live up to the hype.drink tasted extremely bland almost as though there was no syrup. Burger was sufficient but wasn’t anything special (portion was exceedingly small for the price). Would have been a 3 star but my expectations were so high. Major rip off. Highly disappointed.

Fresh, yummy & tasty. Staff are friendly and did I mention the burgers are amazing! Highly recommend these guys and all their stores. Top quality food.

LOVE THIS! This is an Amazing burger joint. Very nice people and food, except a bit pricy. We ordered 2 meals for 40 dollars
Also very quick preparation. It took about 10 mins to get our food!
I would recommend

Specifically informed the restaurant of my son's allergies to egg, peanut and pine nut. The guy at the register checked with the kitchen and they informed us the food was safe for him to eat. I felt nervous how quickly the two staff in the kitchen responded so I asked the guy at the counter again especially about the bun and whether it contained egg. 2 hrs later we ended up at Box Hill Hospital emergency department as my 5yr old son had a severe allergic reaction to something in his food presumably egg in the bun and/or meat patty. Fortunately he has recovered thanks to the care of the team at Box Hill Hospital. Restaurants especially kitchen staff have a duty of care to their patrons and there was no excuse for them especially as we were one of two customers in the restaurant at the time.

Cons:
- Overpriced
- Poor quality burger - cold patty
- Soggy sweet potato chips

You're better off going to Hungry Jacks for 1/3 of the price and better quality burger.
Also on a Saturday at midday - place was deserted - no surprises there! Avoid.

Quality of the food quite average for the price. Might return one more time (hopefully to put my rating up 1 or 2 stars).
