Royal Stacks reviews
80Relaxed burger joint. Lots of choice and easy to customise. Order at the table via QR code or at the register.
The loaded fries was excellent.with plenty of melted cheese. But the onion rings were outstanding-crispy all round! Yummy milkshakes too. W
Fried chicken was damn good but you cannot charge me $9.50 for 2 tiny pieces of chicken that is OUTRAGES! $4.50 should've been a better price.milkshakes are also very good but we're only allowed to choose one flavor for $8.90 unlike FIVE GUYS where i can choose as many flavors as i want for $9.90
My burger was placed up right in a cardboard holder and as I was walking down the stairs the burger toppled over and went all over the floor. Not one member of staff came over to offer any help, I asked for something to clean it up with and was handed a couple of tissues over the counter. I did let staff know there was still some sauce on the stairs but it wasn’t attended too.
A casual restaurant with wonderful service, the food came really quickly. And I personally really liked the burgers as it tasted fresh and not too greasy (I ordered the single patty). However, if you are uncomfortable with burger patties that are semi raw in the middle, maybe this place is not for you. Or, you can try asking them to fully cook it. I haven’t personally tried if you could do it, but if you really wanted to try this place I don’t see why this can be a reason to stop you!
Quite spacious!
The taste is very average though. There is heaps of room for improvement.
Excellent place for dine in and take aways.
Burgers are too good and fresh. Great interiors, gives amazing retro feeling.
Wow the food is just wow I’m flabbergasted with everything from the food to the service was treated like family such a loving place would 100% recommend anyone to come here definitely would be coming back for more
Royal Stacks is a go to burger spot!
The service at Royal Stacks is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help you with your order. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family.
Solid burgers and really friendly service. There are lots of vegan and veg options that are all just as hearty and satisfying as the meat options. Chips and potato gems are well seasoned and generously portioned. Can’t really go wrong.
Royal Stacks is the perfect place for a delicious and tasty midweek dinner. The burgers are great & if you're looking to spice up your night even more we recommend ordering one of our favorite dishes: Kavorka Chicken Burger or Cheesy Fries! Staff were super friendly, we waited outside while our food for cooking and they brought it out for us. Highly recommend.
The Kavorka (chicken) burger was pretty yum, the chicken crispy and moist and everything was the right ratios besides the pickle. Definitely felt there could’ve been more pickles for extra bite. Mac & cheese croquettes were delish but dense and expensive for what it is. Also thought there would’ve been more fries for a large serving. Delivery was super speedy and everything arrived warm.
I got "The King" Burger around 16$ and Onion rings around 8$ + Mayo Sause 2$.
Didnt like it at all. It wasn't worth the price
The Customer service was fine but the food wasn't great.
It tasted like a normal burger and wasn't tasty, nothing special about it.
The Onion rings were absolutely worthless.
The only part I liked was the 2$ Mayo Sauce.
The fried chicken is a good price and tastes substantially better than kfc.
Chocolate milk shakes are great and royal stacks gives you a little extra with every order which is nice.
Best restaurant I've eaten from as of today. 10/10
Great service from Rachel and staff and Chef.
Always worth the 45 min drive to come here last night to eat. Definitely this place is the go for great burger and great beers.
Burgers are amazing and always cooked to perfection. Chips are nice and we'll portioned.kid's love the shakes.
Great family night out.
Royal Stacks is a good little burger joint located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD on Collins Street. The pattys are juicy and well cooked, with the addition of a robust bun for maximum fillings. The fries that are crispy yet fluffy, just as they should be, and the thick-shakes are not to be missed by anyone with a sweet tooth. The restaurant is uniquely themed and spacious, great for a sit down, though the service is quick if you’re on the go.
Great burgers, fries and shakes. Onion rings and dips also very good. Order at counter or use the mobile app that pops up when you scan the QR code at your table. Good atmosphere and service was helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit or two.
Simply, its a burger shop. In reality, it's more than that. Staff were fantastic and food was delicious. Definitely a place to go for great burgers or even some cheese coated potato gems.
Returning to melbourne to find 8-bit disappeared, we set out to find the next annual burger feast. This is gonna be it, everything was amazing.
Burgers are good quality, croquettes could use some seasoning as cheese alone tastes a little bland. Decor is a little dark and cramped due to venue size. Shakes, however, are incredible. I will forever patronise this establishment for their shakes, they sure do make a great take-out Flake Shake.
