Love this playground! Something for all of the kids. Lovely natural surroundings. Our favourite play space in Melbourne. Has toilets, BBQ, slides, swings, climbing equipment, water play, sandpits, cubby house building area, lots to do and explore. Parking can be tricky but otherwise it's amazing.

This park is just so beautiful. Large open space for the kids to run and play about. Plenty swings and other equipment to climb and slide down. There is also a little area where water sprouts from out of he ground, little water area to play for kids. There is also a massive hill which is super fun to roll down. The scenery is gorgeous, plenty of greenery. As it’s next to the hospital sometimes you get to see helicopters flying about. Theres also a cafe near by to enjoy a coffee whilst the kids play! Highly recommend! Parking is a bit of an issue if it’s a nice sunny weekend.

Lovely mix of nature and playground equipment. Loved the different levels of play for climbing and views, especially the 'mound' nearby. Good range of slides. Great water features especially the fountains! Rope and climbing equipment was probably still a bit beyond the size of my adventurous 2yo (couldn't reach etc) but there is a enough of a variety for all ages, and in a beautiful location. Probably too busy on weekends and warm days; we went on a cold weekday and was enjoyable.

Fantastic playground not far from the city. There are high-ropes, rocks to clamber over, a bush cubby, sandpits, and an engaging water feature with pumps and dams. Unfortunately a few of the pumps do not work (including the big one), which was disappointing. Lots of lawn areas for picnics and nearby scrub to explore.

Fantastic spot in the city, so much to keep the kids happy and occupied with adventure type stuff in a very natural setting.

Pack the picnic basket and bring the kids here on a warm day, lots for everyone to do. There's even water play for all ages.

One of the best kids playgrounds I've seen. My kids absolutely loved it and loved the water play too. There are lots of different sections, which helps naturally seperate some of the bigger kids from the younger kids while they're all running at full pace.

Best park I have been to in Melbourne. Several huge park areas. A water area with sprinkler type set up that my daughter loved. Only issue which is mentioned a few times is lack of shade.

Make sure to bring sunscreen and hats. Also change of clothes after the water area. So much variety and nice bbq areas available.

Kids loved it
Very nice park with nature shape games fir kids that strengthen their climbing and balancing skills
Good for a bbq as well
A lot of street parking; it is paid though. Problem is it's one-hour parking so need to make sure you pay on time

Great place to spend a few hours. The out in nature feel, right on the fringe of the city.
Heaps for the kids to do. Sand pits, water setups, bridges, slides and swings. Hills to climb and bushy tree areas to make natures cubby houses. Public toilets on site. Nowhere to eat that I could see. Bring some spare clothes or bathers even as they will get dirty. Great spot.

It's good that the hospital is nearby, because I reckon kids would get hurt on the climbing equipment. Great fun.

Such a beautiful, natural setting for a playground. There is so much space too! All kids catered for with climbing frames, water play, places to run and play ball games.

Lovely paths wind around the park which are great for prams, wheelchairs, scooters, bikes, and of course a walk or run.

BBQ and toilet facilities as well as bubblers and lots of shady spots for a picnic.

Very rustic and an awesome place for kids to explore. They have BBQs, we need to come back with more family and friends.

A fantastic park layout for kids living near Royal children's hospital.
Barbie,
Slides,
Sand pit,
Water pump,

Pun intended, junior Ninja warrior training ground.

The hill in the park can get you a great city view and make you feel on top of the world.

Its a very nice park for kids and adults. For kids they have obstacle climbing, water games slides, swings, sand, in a nutshell a complete package. Most of the kids obstacles and playing area is exposed to sun so do put on your sun screen. There are bbq pits around and you can have bbq lunch there while kids have fun in the park.

Really good fun for the kids but pack hats and sunscreen as shade is limited and maybe a change of clothes as the water play gets a little sandy and wet!
