Clean, well stocked, packaging is clear & neat, very good & interesting range of products.

We have been buying our nuts from this shop for many years. Staff always helpful and produce always enjoyable.

Unfortunately a very poor experience. The online ordering system is antiquated and clunky. The support staff are non-responsive to issues, and the shipping is dreadfully slow with zero updates or tracking information. Never received the order due to the address system incorrectly changing the address number. I wouldn't bother ordering again but would add that if you are going to claim delivery information will be sent to clients.send it. Further - if your going to have a support department.support it!

Qaulity has gone downhill, and prices are ridiculous. Vic Market is the place to go hands down if you are after qaulity

An exceptionally large & diverse range of spices, grains, dried fruits and chocolate coated things. A fantastic resource if you make your own muesli.

Seriously the BEST company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I ordered some marshmallows from them yesterday at 2pm. It was delivered to my door the next day by 2pm. I have never had anything arrive so quickly! It was the fastest, easiest shopping I have ever done. They have a new customer for life!
They have a huge variety of products in spices, lentils, butter, coconut oil, coconut water, dry fruits, salt (Australian and Himalayan), oats, quinoa, rice (busmati, black, wild, brown, red, forbidden, etc) Perl barley, black barley, sesame black and white, coconut sugar, pretzel, all types of cashew, all types of peanut, dates (Medjool, Iran, Pakistan, fresh, pitted, unpited), saffron, all organic nuts and dry fruits and many many more from all over the world, all fresh and high quality.

The produce supplied is extremely tasty, fresh and the prices reasonable. However as I live in Qld I order online, usually big orders.
The website is getting worse and I almost hate placing an order as it drops out, freezes or wont save your basket items if you leave the computer. An issue I have emailed the company on who state they will be changing their website this is not helpful now. There has been issues with my card payment at times which is the same card I always use and has not been an issue before. Recently the shipping quote has been different to the checkout price until small print was added to the Hampers stating it was a bulk item. Now the Hampers have gone from 3kg to 2kg as it was advertised incorrectly initially. Please don't let these things spoil a good company. It is very frustrating at the present and makes me think twice when placing an order as it is arduous.
Hope you can improve the website sooner rather than later and make online ordering more streamline.

Have been purchasing off this company for several years and recently have found the company to have a complete lack of customer service and are blatantly rude. Needless to say - I have found an alternative supplier.
