Never have i ever had a good experience with this store.the reservoir one is heaps better.the staff act like their deaf and ask people to repeat themselves 10 times and theyre rude and unprofessional.harman kaur is one of the worst staff there.shes rude and insulting and doesnt know how to do her job.also the cakes never come out how they're expected to.

My partner got two aloo patty from there shop yesterday and while we were having it by chance I smelled it was bad. The potatoes had gone bad and they are still serving it. Now she is sick.

I’m customer of Khalsa Bakery since 2017 and we always ordered all type of celebration cakes from this shop because of best taste, quality & good customer care but today, first time: Harman named staff at Khalsa bakery Craigieburn, she misbehaved so unprofessional & worst customer service from this girl, very rude & poor communication by this girl. Will never come back if she insults the customers like this. Worst experience today!

Pathetic customer service
I called the bakery's number and asked for a customized black forest cake. The lady who I was talking to said that she can get a customized cake but first I need to look at their FB page for design suggestions.
After all this, I tried so many times to order a cake by texting on their WhatsApp number but these people just don't respond. The most important of all, they lie.when I texted on royal Khalsa bakery's number, That lady replied - she can bake black forest cake for me and later she started sending me texts after 3days saying, "no sorry not possible".
She literally wasted my time and lied to me. I ended up waiting for her response for three days as she only told they can do that.

We had our anniversary cake from Khalsa bakery (butter scotch) this thursday and it was amazing. Cake was fresh, spongy and not too sweet. Good luck Khalsa bakery. Keep it up.

I ordered Ras malai cake the best thing was that their chef changed the photo on top of the cake at the last minute of pick up but the worst thing was his attitude he refused to do blue colour decoration on top said it wouldn’t suit the cake he should understand people doesn’t has same choice as him so I will avoid next time better to go somewhere else even to pay bit more but with better attitude instead spoil the moment

I'll highly recommend Royal Khalsa bakery for vegetarian cakes for any events. Their desi ghee atta biscuits are awesome too.

The cake we got on the 29th Jan which we ate at Fed Sq was disgusting, our family was a long time customer, wont be going back ever.

Very bad customer service, staff was very much slow, took ages to serve 1 customer, had to wait half an hour just to pick up the cake. Wouldnot recommend at all.

We ordered a cake from them for our wedding. The cake was delicious however the customer service at this store is appalling. They wouldn’t pick up calls or reply to messages properly.

Takes so long for even a single cake doesn't matter cake quality good, all the taste spoils while waiting for order.

Cakes are very delicious and fresh. Almost I have try all the flavours especially pineapple flavour, it’s really delicious

Very bad service. I placed an order through phone, they said come in 15min but they took more than 30min and didn’t feel Apology. They don’t care about people’s time. I specially went there after my job through huge traffic but very disappointed

Such an amazing cakes! We have tried 2-3 times from Royal Khalsa Bakery and they have done such wonderful job with all our customised cakes.
