Omg! So glad we stopped here.

We are staying in the family room air bnb upstairs. Beautiful clean room. Shared bathroom but renovated and lovely. Excellent water pressure.

Just had dinner at the restaurant downstairs.

We ordered cheesy garlic bread to share (4 pieces), the risotto, chicken schnitzel, kids parmi and kids nuggets. Came to $108.

Seriously happy to pay for amazing food and service.

Wait staff were attentive and helpful. Had a great chat:) and the food was delicious and hot

So so worth it.

It was only for a meal. The food was great. Ambience was great. Got a couple of pool games. Lovely experience. Highly recommended.

Nice little pub. We camped in the carpark behind. Happy hour is well attended a affordable. Monday night is pizza night.

Superb service. Clean rooms, excellent meals and dog friendly. I called last minute and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. Can’t recommend highly enough. Liam behind the bar was super helpful.

A great place to stop over near Lake Tyrell. Clean and comfortable. Community owned with a great story. Nice balcony for guests and friendly staff.

The Royal Mail Hotel is an exceptional venue for accommodation, fantastic menu with meals at the bar or at restaurant standard. The Queen room was lovely and clean, bathrooms wirh high level of hygiene cleanliness.
A wonderful place to stay and explore this amazing location or as a rest stop on a long drive.
Easy disrance from Melbourne as a weekend get away. Thank you!

What an absolute gem, friendly Staff, accommodation second to none, rooms and bathroom facilities immaculately clean. Full use of upstairs kitchen facility with very well stocked jars with more than you want for a cuppa or continental breakfast. Upstairs verandah for breaky was brisk but just great. Beautiful open fire downstairs in bar area, so cosy. The Dukes Restaurant had a lovely menu followed through with great friendly service. Busting to head back to use great outside eating area and can even bring my canine buddy as well. Top marks to all concerned for an amazing place to eat, drink, sleep and meet friendly locals. Dont change a thing cos it's perfect, old saying - if it ain't broke, dont fix it.

Such a beautiful pub with a great story! We enjoyed a fantastic meal and as vegetarians were impressed with the quality, presentation and flavours. Lovely to meet the chef too. Highly recommended.

Come past for a meal with my kids and husband, barely any places to stop and so glad we stopped here from Mildura. Sooo lovely, welcoming and the food was sooo good!

Great pub! Friendly staff, good range of drinks, owned by a consortium of local businesses apparently. Restaurant run separately to the hotel and in my mind too expensive for a country restaurant and hotel. Make a great date pudding though.

Great Pub/Hotel. We stop here on our way to/from Melbourne/Adelaide when we are not in a hurry. Dog friendly room and pub makes life a lot easier.

This is the only please offering food and entertainment in the evening so can get quite busy!

Through WikiCamps, we stayed in the hotel car park at the back (caravan s/c) and enjoyed a few beers and pizza for lunch, then came back to watch the ANZAC Day footy in the big screen TV. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean facilities. Great place to stay, would love to come back and stay in the accomodation which is been really well renovated (chatted to guests staying).

We had an exceptional experience at a beautiful hotel in a tranquil location with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend using the lovely balcony to relax and enjoy your time.

One of the most pleasant stays we have had in a “pub”. Great comfortable rooms with air con and fans. Sufficient shared bathrooms. The restaurant has excellent food (note the only one in town) very close to the pink lake. Staff are really helpful. If staying Saturday night check on the entertainment but the alcohol prices are very reasonable anyway so enjoy

Wow, what a beautiful Hotel. So nice to see a well refurbished hotel in a small town. Definitely stop here again on our way through. A credit to the town and owners. Must stop here and at least have cold one!
The rooms would be great for a romantic weekend away!

The food was exceptional. We had lunch and dinner, and all four meals were just brilliant. Accommodation is well priced and exceeded our expectation. The staff are so very friendly and should be commended for their high standard of service

High quality accommodation, one of my favourite stays. Clean, comfortable, beautifully presented, nice bar downstairs. Can't fault it! Would highly recommend.

We ate at Jukes restaurant and were disappointed. With the exception of Atlantic Salmon all other dishes were deepfried. Crumbed lamb cutlets dropped in the deep fryer and grossly overcooked. Vegetables served with cutlets were lacking flavour and chips only Luke warm. Venue is beautiful although lacking warmth.
