I recently had the most horrendous retail experience at this store. You would be well advised to avoid Kerrie, who is one of the elderly shop workers.

Unfortunately this store is great Christmas bargains. Not so great for my wallet. The staff are pleasant, helpful and not intimidating

I just had the worst retail experience of my life at this store. I was served by Kerrie, who is the rudest woman in the world. I asked her for help and she acted like I was asking her for change. I’m sure working in a shop isn’t easy, but Kerrie is definitely not suited to this kind of work. Kerrie, it’s time to retire, you’re no longer able to contribute to the labour market in a meaningful way!

Just had the most awful shopping experience with Kerrie at this store.
She clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The rudest sales person I’ve ever encountered. Felt like I was interrupting her morning asking for help. Probably needs to look at a career change if she doesn’t like to help people with their purchases.

My daughter and I visited yesterday and found Daniel and Kerrie absolutely charming. I was sad to see the Moorabbin store close but was not disappointed in my recent visit. Daniel has detailed product knowledge and shows passionate admiration and enthusiasm for each of the beautiful items. We felt like buying everything by the time he was finished with us. We love this place and can see we still be returning there in the times we need to find a beautiful gift.

I love Royal Doulton products.but I found the staff here officious and unfriendly and unhelpful. Click frenzy is on.and the would not sell the products to me for the internet sale price.
The next person.the lady did sell at the sale price.go figure. Totally unpleasant experience.won't bother going back.

Used to have a lot of nice pieces of Wedgwood bone China but not many choices now. Open very late on weekdays!

Friendly staff and a great selection of discontinued items from Royal Doulton, Waterford, Wedgwood and Johnson Brothers.

Absolutely lovely customer service in this Doulton outlet. Good humour to go with great prices. Very knowledgeable about their products too. Were kind enough to sign me up for their 10% offer before I paid for my items.

If a bargain is what you are after then this IS THE PLACE for you. Particularly with Christmas coming up, what girl doesn't love a scented candle, or a beautiful cup and saucer, or just top up your own bathroom with beautiful soaps.

Apart from all the beautiful products at amazing prices this particular Royal Doulton outlet in Armadale has the best customer service person.old fashioned customer service from an amazing Gentleman by the name of Daniel.he goes out of his way to make you feel special very helpful and knowledgeable this man is amazing.an asset to the business it's always a pleasure seeing him and he's always ready to help. I've been going to this shop for many many years and his attitude and politeness has never changed well done Daniel -liz south Melbourne

A decent selection of everything royal doulton have to offer at a great discounted price. Bought a few things at a great price, items I wouldn't never be able to justify at their rrp.

Turned up at 4: 57pm to pick up an item which my wife had called about earlier during the day and they were already closed (closing time is 5pm and stated this on the door). When I knocked, I was turned away. Very disappointing.

When this place has a sale it is outstanding. Excellent snatch worthy products at seriously excellent prices.
Normal non sale prices here do not greatly tempt me as they sometimes too closely parallel standard retail, but their offerings are definitely worth considering for gifts (and some drooling).
