There was a guy came to our house today, knocking on my housemate’s window for a long time and hovering around at our front yard. Once I thought it’s UberEATS and wondering why he don’t go to our door instead of peeping the window. Then he saw me through the window of my room and keep asking me to go out answer his questions. I felt very weird especially I just woke up and about to get change. We have a door, and there’s a doorbell on it. Why don’t you knock the door instead of looking through our room. One of my roomie went out, spent 40mins answered all the questions because the guy told him if he answered the questions he can get 20$. Well, yeah, my roomie came back with two 10$ gift cards and two books in his hand, the books are filled with questions and questions over 130 pages. Apparently he can’t use the gift cards, because he have to fill out those books and go to the post office to send it out to achieve the gift cards. Which he wasn’t know before he sat down and help out the survey. Everything just so rude and weird and ridiculous. Please knock the door and inform people they have to fill out 130 pages questions before they spend their time and trying to help out the survey. I believed people are more than happy to help if the information are clear.

Unprofessional & frankly traumatizing research. Have submitted complaints regarding their incompetence with the handling of a medical research & still receiving calls & emails A FULL YEAR LATER. Do not work with these people they are awful & probably breaking some sort of law with the way they handle medical information.

Although I'm more than willing to help and provide my opinion on things, a $10 voucher isn't really enough incentive to spend my hours marking X's on forms.
