Took us 6months to get near a finished plan but then we had to give up. They gave us the most inexperienced draftsman and the minimum of their own input. We wanted a disabled friendly house and they didn't help with the design at all. All they wanted was to make it bigger all over. We were very very disappointed.

We used Roy Hodgson Design to plan our new house. We already had a clear idea of what we wanted, but they made refinements and improvements that we would have never thought of. They also stepped us through all of the council rules and requirement. Conflicting requirements seemed daunting at first but got through all of that unscathed and the end result was brilliant. I could not recommend Roy and his team more highly. They literally saved us months of red tape and our house is being featured on ‘Australia’s Best Houses’ later this year.
