Im not trying too be racist here but Indians taking over Turkish place doesnt make sense everything has gone downhill including the most important hygiene better go down the road to galata or even at kens caravan u will get better roxy is finished meat is horrible bread and salads and barely get any salad mind u so this was my last time coming here.

Terrible. I ordered at around lunch time and was expecting something good considering the place was pretty crowded. I left disappointed. First of all, the food was legit just grease. Lamb had 0 flavour and there was barely an salad. Second of all, there was 0 hygiene whatsoever. The lady making my order was openly coughing everywhere including on my food. And lastly, they got my order wrong 2x. I ordered 2 medium fries and got 2 containers of rice instead. When i went back to ask for my fries they gave me a large fries instead of the 2 medium i wanted. The only reason i give it two stars instead of one is because they do give you a lot of meat even if its tasteless. Will not be going back ever. Waste of $70.

Ordered on ubereats and waited 1.5hrs despite it being a max 10 min drive also had 5 uber drivers cancel the order which was alarming.only to find out someone took my order ages ago and Roxy did nothing to cancel the order so I couldn't get my money back immediately and they also just let me wait thinking I'd get my food.very disappointing

Last owner made much better kebabs. Since new owner the service is so bad. They act like we are begging for their food. Won't coming back again. And not recommended any more

I ordered a mixed kebab from here for the first time in a while. The kebab was nice, but lacked some flavour. The kebab had quite a strong aftertaste which was a first for me, as I have not experienced this before with other kebabs.

Beware! Food gone downhill. Never going again since new management has taken over. Meat had not taste and HSP had no sauce.

Been coming to this place for years for their most tasty kebab under the old management. But 2 weeks ago, my daughter and I had a nasty experience. The Indian girl serving us threw the wrapper at us when I asked to look at the sauces. I looked at my daughter, open-mouthed in disbelief. She saw me and attempted a feeble smile but its too late. I decided never ever to step into that shop again.

Very good quality but the restaurant is small only 4 tables inside and 2 outside and it’s really tight in there but the food is so delicious one of the best restaurant In Melbourne

The freshness and texture of the kebab is really good. The bread is amazing. But there is something missing. The taste is bland. The meat has no taste even if you ask for salt the taste is lacking. MKS in Dallas on the other hand is the best kebab i have had.

Wrong meat? Cold? Not even cooked properly and not even an apology? Last time me and the family will ever go back there.

Hands down the best and freshest kebabs in Melbourne. Roxy Kebabs is an institution in deer park that's been here for years and I hope is here for many years to come.

Long wait but worth the wait. Bread was baked inhouse right in front of us, and the kebab was made out of that bread. All fresh ingredients chopped in front of us.

Got a lamb hsp with just garlic sauce and got almost no garlic sauce. Had no flavour. I was really disappointed and will not ever be getting one from here again

Absolutely delicious kebab. The people were very courteous and friendly, I ordered Adana kebab with rice and the Adana was jucie and beautifully cooked. From my experience I really loved the service and the food that I got.

I bought two lahmacun and they were both packed in one container, very soggy. The toppings were undercooked and tasted very bad. The base was too thick for lahmacun, it was like pizza base whereas it should be thin and a little crispy. Very disappointed!

Yummy spinach dip. Tasty tabuli, I really like the shish grill mix. Has lamb, steak, chicken and a lamb cutlet. And yummy rice too. Get some desert the rice pudding not to sweet and hits the spot.

Gone down hill. Was given two cold kebabs just now. Chicken and lamb quantities gone smaller. Ask for hot bread in kebabs.

My Family travel from Melton to Deer Park for a decent Kebab as this was really the better place to get a decent feed. Last time I noticed it was bad.
We all get busy or have bad days but we don't give Customers rubbish. That was our last visit.
If you can't be bothered, don't operate (Simple)
