Very lazy staff. You have to wait for a long long time to collect your prescribed medication. Don’t go there

They close before the time they’re supposed to close. Just had surgery and couldn’t even get my medication on my way home from hospital because they obviously close when it suits them. Time said 6pm. Doors were shut at 5: 50pm. No consideration or compassion whatsoever.

I had the worst experience ever, trying to collect prescription medicine for my mother this evening. My mother's dentist had emailed the script though to them earlier today. The serving pharmacist said there was no email they have received, asked me to call the dentist to write email again. I called them again who confirmed that they have already emailed few hours ago today, not only emailed but made a follow up call too to confirm that they have received the script (they cc'ed the email to me separately afterwards). I again showed the lady that email on my phone which confirmed that they had received the email. The lady again continued to look for the email, kept saying there is no email whatsoever in their inbox. At this point I was feeling very hopeless and helpless (not to mention increasing frustrated) because her dentist has clearly emailed through the script to them, and I had the proof right in my hand. She basically wasted 20-25 minutes of my time due her incompetency (what kind of pharmacist/staff don't even know how to check for emails in their inboxes!)
After enduring all that suffering, I got hold of a different pharmacist who located the email within 5 seconds (no Apologies from the previous staff)
We desert better service than this!

Terrible and very rude old ladies they need to be a little nice to people when they ask question no help night 0 customer service skills

Products like supplements & medication are always out of stock. Waiting time for prescription is at least 30mins. Hence try to avoid this place and go the next nearest Chemist warehouse.

Worst staff at prescription area. 4 girls look Arabs are so rude and disgraceful. They have no humaity that people waiting at prescription section are sick but these girl keep talking and went inside the room and making fun which i can heard easily from outside. My prescription was ready and sitting at the counter but no one there to handover to me. However, After making fun inside the room, one girl came out and called out my name. I said, the medicine was ready but no one is here, she said that may be someone call out your name but i am not here. I said i am standing here straight away after giving you my prescription.
I complaint to the area manager named IMAM straightaway.
The asian young girl at check out was so nice and keep apologising but the 4 Arab girls at prescription area have no soul or courtesy to say sorry even.

Very disappointing and garbage customer service.
Your home time is more important then people’s life and health even tho the staff knows it’s an emergency for my disabled father: (

I am only giving 5 stars for the girl who has blonde/platinum front hair bits (sorry i dont know her name), she is one of the few workers that actually helps! Amazing attitude, knows how to hold a conversation, amazing customer service and extremely professional.i came in multiple times and she is always down to help.she recommended me a product that was amazing and worked for me, thank you so much

Staff are lovely, pharmacists are thorough and take the time to explain medication to you. Lots of variety for products and they offer fast delivery also.

Prescriptions take ages, the staff follow one rule, look busy do nothing.
Security is hyperactive
Counters, one open for 20 customers
Bought a prescription medicine with 60 capsules, only to find inside were 32, went back to ask, and they were clueless, the box was not sealed either.
Better go to the Coolaroo branch much more organized and well managed.

The young girls at registers have no knowledge and the apparent young managers are so rude. They have no care in the world for customers. They make you wait until they finish their personal conversations that we can hear. We don’t care about which oil you use in your hair!

I dont usually shop around thuis area but a week ago I came to this chemist and was served by a charming pharmacist meena.she assisted me with good knowledge on vitamin supplements and helped me find the correct skincare products for myself. Very impressed!

Had my third Covid shot given by Dharna, she was fantastic, very friendly and professional.
Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I have been getting our monthly medication from this store for nearly a year. I spend anywhere between $250-$300 a month as my wife had a kidney transplant. Yesterday my wife went to purchase 2 of her tablets and was faced with a very rood, careless female staff member. Even though her prescription was new and still hadn't used 2 of the medications out of the 5 on the prescription she refused to give her the medication. She insisted that due to purchasing 3 of the other medications from this prescription we can not now supply you with the ones you haven't used and have to get a new prescription. My wife told her to check our file as we purchase everything from here and she should see that we still haven't purchased these 2 medications she didn't care at all. My wife then told her no worries we will not ever buy from here again and go to another chemist. The staff member did not care at all and just said no worries good bye. How unprofessional, disgusting service. She did not even bother to keep our business or try to speak to a manager and try solve the issue what ever it was. Will never go there again even to buy the smallest thing. Very rude staff, terrible service.

Was not impressed when the pharmacist told me that the medication prescribed, is ‘pretty much’ the same as what you had. After knowing I had a serious reaction to changing my meds. He just kept trying to tell me it was basically the same ….
also asked a sales lady if she sold an item and she laughed in my face and said “why would we sell that here there is a next door go there” I would honestly go somewhere across the country to get my meds, then even go back to this store!

Staff here especially the young girls have an Iraqi/ arabic background so it's not in their nature to be friendly or customer focused, young girls only work here because their parents want them out of the house and doing something productive,

TLDR: go elsewhere, this is not a professional pharmacy

- it's lockdown 6 and there was a staff member stacking shelves with her mask under her chin, she kept walking around sighing and blowing everywhere
- they gave me the WRONG MEDICINE
- used up 4 of my 5 repeats to give me one box of medicine with three months supply (which is what 1 repeat normally gets me)
- I needed an asthma nebulizer and the guy took me to the diffusers and essential oils? !
