Rox Chinese Massage and Acupuncture

Worst experience ever. Would give zero stars if i could.
Asked for a neck shoulder back massage and received a head, shoulder neck massage. In the time of 30 mins he answered a phone call, spoke to two walk-ins and took two payments. Never going back again.

Great massage, my dad arms is much better after the treatment, the owner he is really know what he is doing!

I highly recommend thus place as they listen to your concerns, then they keep making sure you are comfortable at all times.

Rox’s acupuncture hits the spot every time, cupping is also perfect. Rox also has a team of awesome massage staff behind him. For me; Acupuncture and an hour massage normally center’s my chi. Pretty sure that means totally refreshed and ready to go. The shop is, unique in that it’s so quiet. Not like most other shopping centers massages.

Lovely staff, plenty of massage options, gift cards available. Never had a bad massage. Cash only but ATM close by if needed.

Asked for neck and shoulder for myself and partner. People giving the massage spoke the whole time and the person behind the counter just grunted for payment. Massage was uncomfortable. The place is pretty dingy also. Won’t be returning.

Took me as a walking and only had to wait for about 10 min
They only take cash, which is okay but obviously not everyone carries cash with them
I had an amazing lady do a remedial 60 min massage, and it was definitely one of the best massages I've ever had.
Totally will be back again

Appointments don't mean anything. "Come back in an hour". Only accepts cash which is frustrating, who carries cash nowadays! Not a fan, will not return.

Great massage and good value. Just wish they would consider their bookings, we made a booking for my husband and I to have a massage at the same time and when we turned up they were full with walk in customers so we had to wait.

Rox (not his proper name), but OK to call him that, is the best trained acupuncturist I have ever come across. He has helped me so much with chronic and acute pain, plus aliviates anxiety, Insomnia, and depression. Please call Rox for a proper session. He is a great acupuncturist that I and family have been seeing for over a decade. You do need to ring him for acupuncture and he does accommodate those with insurance. You do need to call Rox to book an appointment for acupuncture or massage to get your rebate. He is a rare person and the people he employs are very good. Thank you Rox from my father, mother and myself. You are a good man.

Very good operator. Best l have been to. I go there for acupuncture only.
For my sore back now as the problem with my shoulder has fixed after couple of visits.

When i can't get to the osteo, i go to Rox. Lots of massage options but my favourite is the neck and shoulders which is 20 minutes for $20. No appointment necessary. You can just walk in. If there were already busy you just go and enjoy yourself looking in the shops in Altona Gate Shopping Centre and then come back. Perfect

I have tried to make an appointment twice and had difficulty with staff not talking English and wrong timing the second time they asked for cash only I had to leave! Very disappointed

Below average massage. Asked for head and neck and the lady didn’t even touch my head. Went to pay with eftpos and the man grunted “cash” at me and then got the eftpos machine out like I was inconveniencing him by being there. I won’t be back
