Always polite and efficient - if they are running behind they do continue to check in with you.

From the minute I entered the reception staff were welcoming and efficient and Dr Varuni was kind and thorough and I felt very relaxed. I was able to get an appointment when I needed it.

Place has had a spruce up and name change but still same terrible place.
Typical of most doctors these days, overbook their day. You are expected to arrive on time or early but then wait at least 30 minutes without even being checked.
The reception girls are pretty hopeless, very abrupt and give no info.you do not exist, except if money needs to be sorted.
Was listed on the check in as 2nd in line, yet have sat for 25 minutes and watched 3 people go in before me (to the specific doctor I have been assigned)
Why is it normal practice to run behind all the time.
What is the point of an appointment?

I have been taking my kids and me there for more than 5 years.
Facility has been well renovated this year and more welcoming.
Dr. VS is very nice and polite.

Constantly late to telehealth appts with no notice or indication. Regularly waiting over an hour past my appt time.

Cancled my appointment twice in emergency. Unprofessional doctors and team. I can see everyone leaving this clinic. Zero stars for performance.

I have been a patient of this clinic for many years. Cannot recommend high enough. The timely, professional manner of reception and the Doctor I see.

Dr Sudesh Ahangama made a blatant mistake in the x-ray referral form which had to get corrected prior to x-ray.

Our family has been coming to this clinic for ages. I like most of the doctors. However, when it comes to Dr. Sudesh Ahangama, you cannot really trust him. He does not listen to patients well.

Doctor sudesh is extremely rude and arrogant. Doesn't litsen to patients at all. Just he insists what he thinks only. Medical service is not only physical treatment, but also mental care as well such as litsening and talking with a smile instead of frown face.
Why do I have put up with stresses since i saw this doctor? I am sicker than before because of him.
I know it is hard to make everyone happy and everyone's different. But when you have more than a few people complains, you should think about yourself seriously.

I booked a telehealth appointment, but I never received any phone call. Just wasting my time waiting for a doctor to call me

I came in with a temp of 40 and a severe chest infection and asked for antibiotics. The doctor did a halfass examination and said go home and rest and come back in 5 days. I asked why he wouldn't give me antibiotics and I was told if I wanted them I'd have to come back and see another doctor or make a phone appointment.

The next morning my health had deteriorated dramatically and after a phone consultation I was immediately put on antibiotics and an ashma puffer.

They had also somehow got my name wrong, phone number completely wrong and added an extra 3 digits even though I spelled it out to 2 different receptionists multiple times.

I then had to confirm all my details in front of the whole waiting room.

Thought it would be a good idea to wear a mask. Took one from a box at their reception and found a live cockroach there.
Told the receptionist but didn’t look like they cared. I took a photo of it but can’t post

The Dr was in hurry to answer my questions. I asked for a referral he didn’t send it me. Poor communication and poor behaviour.

Great Drs and specially the loving and affectionate service provided by Dr Varathan.
Admin Staff are really good. Though they had some negative comments, it looks like that admin services improved.

Dr Masud was fantastic, he was on time and very emphatic to my problem.

Thank you to Dr Thanuja for taking extra time out of the end of her day to speak to me through telehealth. I appreciate all the staff from reception team as well, I know it's hard sometimes with us patients but you guys handle our stress very well.

Quick, efficient, friendly staff. My appointment was with Dr Sudesh Ahangamgoda, I found him to be extremely thorough and with a great caring nature. Definitely will attend this clinic again

Dr Mihiri is very professional and helpful. I've seen other doctors at the same practice, and they have all provided me with holistic patient care.

Lately the online booking doesn’t seem to work. You turn up to the clinic to be told that you have no appointment. They are busy to fit you in. Waste of time. Check your online booking & fix the problem
