Rowanos restaurant

Pasta sauce used in the cannelloni and lasagne is very spicy and not enjoyable. Too much hot paprika, and extra sprinkled around the plate edge for decoration! Won't be returning.

We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at the Italian restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the cozy ambiance and warm welcome set the tone for a memorable evening. The menu was a culinary journey, offering a wide array of delicious dishes, bursting with flavor.this restaurant is a must-visit!

Didn't take long for our order of pizza to be ready which was great but it was overcooked and tasteless.

Great meal out tonight with my partner Andrew. Would highly recommend rowanos restaurant. The food was superb and the waitress both girls were excellent thankyou very much for an enjoyable evening

Attended last night. Lovely food. The young waitress was new and her name was Olivia. Loved her serving us. We gave her a tip. Great food and great service. Loved it

This place is great! They've never gotten my order wrong, the food it fairly cheap for the great quality that it is, and they don't take super long to order:) you should really come here it's a great place for families.

So disappointing, we live a few hours away and drove down to take our daughter and family out for her birthday. Gave our order and asked for all meals asked for all to come out together.
Well, child's pizza at 15 minutes then 2nd meal 30 min later (chickenand chips), adult meals 50 min later then last meal at came at another 12 minutes later.
While waiting spoke to wait staff about inconsistency was told the owner said bad luck that's the way it is.
Not acceptable the last meal was a slow cooked meat dish that would have been already prepared during the day. After a number of comments to the wait staff and lots of apologies we got 2 compl drinks. After waiting over 1 hour for all the meals to come out and the night costing over $200, we will not be back. Better places to spend our money.

The food was superb! After I had the Gnocchi Alfredo, I started looking to try the same pasta in Melbourne as I loved it when I tasted it here. We went there on 6th of June for my friend’s birthday dinner and Sinead was fantastic in providing us an awesome experience! Her smile and vibe is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusting we got this delivered and I can tell you the gnocchi
Came like slop it’s non eatable and when I called to complain nothing was done
One of the meals came with all sauce and hardly any gnocchi never would I order from here again

Great pizzas and lovely staff. Ordered a large number of pizzas for an event and they did not disappoint. All great quality and super tasty. Absolutely love the care and compassion the team at Rowanos in Chirnside Park has for the community too.

Wonderful food, great staff and great ambience. Loved the patata, crispy halloumi starters. The chicken and chorizzo risotto was amazing. The tiramisu was served very differently, but turned out good. All in all a great Italian place at Lilydale. Recommend definitely.

Cute little local restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. Huge menu to pick from. Large portions for price. Some dishes we've had have been great! A few were a little bland, but it definitely won't stop us from going back and trying more to figure out our favourite. Nice to have somewhere around the corner.

We have always had great food and service every time we have been. Lots of variety for the whole family too!

For quite a while we have been ordering pizza here either by phone or online. We decided, for the first time, to order online for delivery at a specific booked time with the transaction being contactless, due to an event. The order of three pizzas etc.turned up an hour early and was left on the doorstep. When we called them to advise of the error the response was too bad we are busy and the “ threw the driver under the bus” as if it was his fault the food was prepared early and the sent out. I understand errors can happen but it’s how people deal with errors that makes a difference. So it looks like we will need to look for another local business for our pizza. What a shame!

Don't need the menus as we adore the bruchetta, parma and carbonara, and share all three dishes between us.

Holy goodness there was a lot of garlic in the carbonara tonight, which was awesome. The bruchetta's bread was also toasted a bit more than usual, which supported the toppings through to the last bite.

The parma size was great and thick, and perfect bubbly browning of the cheese, with your magically fluffy yet crispy chips to the side and not underneath.

Absolutely 10/10. Cheers!

It is noticed - that you have backtracked on requiring credit card details to book a table that garnered my 1 star review and lack of custom for some 7 months.

I'm still dealing with optus' data breach. It was truly ludicrous that you demanded CC details to book a table. Please don't disrespect your customers like that ever again.

Food was fresh, tasty, hand-nade, good portions and well priced, only downside was we got our entree garlic cheese pizza just as we were finishing our mains but they were full, incredibly busy on a tuesday

The food at Rowanos is DELICIOUS! The meals come out quickly and the Prosecco and cocktails are great too

Yummy food! Scallop and lobster risotto was so tasty and cooked well! Pizzas were great too. The beef ribs were soooo tender. The staff were attentive and patient. Would highly recommend and will go back again.

Good Italian restaurant in Melbourne City. I ordered pasta, and the sauce was too good. The garlic bread was good with sour bread.
