Pies, sausage rolls and coffee are exceptional. Best bakery in Geelong by a long way. Highly recommend stopping here.

Extensive range, made fresh daily and very yummy! The grandkids and I had cakes, slices and scrolls to share, they loved it.
All staff wearing masks and following Covid-19 rules. They were friendly patient with the grandkids, all with a smile. I have no hesitation in recommending Routley's! Do yourself a favour and drop in, you won't be disappointed.

Customer service was appalling yesterday, if I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in and waited to get served and was completely ignored, as someone who works in customer service, I would be embarrassed to have provided that level of service. At least the slices were yum!

I was ripped of $10.00. I was charged for 5 packs of pasties when I only got 4. I was going to go back into shop but there was people in the shop with no masks on because of the Covid I decided to not take the risk and left. Not worth getting Covid over $10.00. Not happy at all.
The ussue was fixed and refund will sent to me that makes me happy. Thanks Routleys.

Love their meat pies. Would have given them a 5 rating if their vanilla slices were as good as the ones from Ferguson Plarre.

Great pies, reasonably priced with a wide variety of flavors. It was Sunday at lunch time so lots of staff serving at the counter which was great. The tables and sauce bottles were not clean for customers wanting to eat in

Visiting from interstate, sausage rolls were bland and a little on the small side for the asking price of 4.20. The biggest disappointment was the honey log.filled with mock cream instead of real cream, no honey I could taste and it was refrigerated which meant it was firm and dry. Disappointing.

Staff member was a little rude and made it clear i was a bother as it was close to closing time.other customers came in at the same time and received the same level of enthusiasm.people can have bad days at work but customers shouldnt have to pay for bad service.
