Wonderful service this morning from Nadiha (hope that is correct), very professional and pleasant manner, and able to deal with my rather difficult requests with a smile and patience, even though she was in training, resulting in a great travel deal. I would highly recommend this travel agent.

With the current situation and circumstances of COVID, I believe you should definitely book your ticket with a travel agent and that is based on my own experience! I got stuck overseas and Rotana travel's management was very supportive in getting me back home.

I spoke to Shahnaz today. Go no further if you want to excellent customer service. She is kind, empathetic and I was amazed by the degree of genuine care shown by her. I highly recommend speaking to her for your travel and any travel issues. Awesome lady.

By far the best travel agency I've dealt with! I've been dealing with Diana from Rotana Travel for about 10 years and Diana has always been exceptional. Not only does she find us the best deals but will always go above and beyond to provide me and my family with the best experience possible. She has helped us extend our stay due to unplanned incidents and has always made herself available 24/7. She not only ensures we get the best customer service possible, but makes us feel like we are part of her family. Bought ticket with Chinese airline but the agency didn’t tell me I needed to get transaction visa from China.now I’ve lost two tickets money. So poor in giving details. Not happy at ALL!

Amazing service. Diana is very friendly and goes above and beyond. I got a better price somewhere else and she matched it and then continued with the superb service. Hard to find this kind of service these days. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Walked into Rotana travel agency by chance and was lucky to meet Mahsa who was great and helped me out a lot with my arrangements, I also had some change of plans which she helped me with, the trip to Europe and Iran was excellent and well worth it, highly recommended this agency.

The lady at the counter was very rude.

I was asked to wait for the invoice because she wanted to finish her cigarette.
Sound very weird and completely against customer satisfaction.

At Least you expect Rotana Travel to have employees with certain level of etiquette.

BEST i have seen service, Price and spot on Advise. When you are travelling overseas you dont want things to go wrong. Hence, it is best to go through travel agent who gives advise and thinks ahead and has travelled alot like Rotana travel. Ladies never want to sell you a particular offer but rather pit you first. I didnt have to stress or think about bookings at all. Thanks ladies again

Excellent, best service I have received from a Travel Agent. Diana the owner took time to go through everything with me! We had a great family holiday at a fantastic price. Will use again for a our next holiday

The worst travel agents ever please don't ever book with them unprofessional and worst experience ever.

Would not recommend Rotana Travel the lady Mahsa made mistakes on my bookings for my trip overseas I contacted the manager Diana who was rude and wouldn't do anything about it being their fault. I paid extra to fix their mistakes but let me tell you all the hassle I went through just to get my booking fixed was definitely not worth it. Shocking service do not recommend Rotana travel at all.
