I’m a horticulturalist of just on 48years and I have found this company excels with their product and customer service. Nothing was an issue, the pricing was fair and their stock and grafting were spot on. Very healthy plants and after soaking on arrival for 24hrs, feeding with Seasol on planting and a follow up of Seasol 2 weeks later, this batch are just jumping out of the ground. The white and burgundy Iceberg rose bed is part of a complete landscape re-do with under plantings of Buxus topiary hedging to follow. With a back drop of new book leaf stone terraced walling, a 10 head water feature behind and a brand new Tif tuf, fine couch lawn, it will look absolutely stunning.

Sadly I ordered several very sentimental roses. No communication re tracking so contacted them and got tracking and the parcel was going back and forth in Brisbane. I had to ring several times to startrac and eventually got my order. On arrival they were packed in newspaper and all dead. After contacting startrac as I wax asked to do re damaged goods, they told me to contact seller. I got a quick response with a promise of help and over a month later sent a repeat email and no response. Contacted startrac again.no response and an absolute waste of $200.every other rose I purchased from other suppliers are flourishing and even some have started flowering and all these are literally dead spindly twigs in the ground.absolutely disgusted and disappointed and very upset

What a great find this place is! I first found them on the internet looking for roses but then found them through Gumtree as well. Consistently helpful customer service through both phone calls and at the nursery. Roses Victoria have a great range of roses but also other plants too, all at really affordable prices. Extremely helpful staff (Thanks Jono and Josh!) and I look forward to going back again!

So impressed with the customer service, Jonathon and his team were fantastic! Jonathon was very patient and gave some great advice. When I went to pick up my order and realised I'd ordered the wrong size - nothing was too difficult for these guys, they sorted me out quickly! Highly recommend

I would absolutely recommend Roses Victoria. Not only do they have a fantastic range at very reasonable prices, their services are top-notch. Even though during the Victorian lockdown, they have been super busy, but they always responded to my queries and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you Roses Victoria.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I BOUGHT BARE ROOTED BUSH ROSES THERE THE SMALLEST I HAVE EVER SEEN JUST CUTTINGS WITH ROOTS STEM THICK AS A THIN PENCIL THEY WILL NEED SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SURVIVE AND WILL TAKE AGES TO FLOWER IF THEY GET TO THAT SIZE / I HAVE BOUGHT SO MUCH BETTER FROM MY LOCAL SUPERMARKET IN BARE ROOTED BUSHES ALSO AT HARD WARE STORE GARDENING SECTION THEY ALSO SELL FOR $10 TO $12 SORRY THEY LOST ME. IF YOU DO BUY VIC ROSES YOU NEED TO GO OUT AND HAVE A LOOK AND PICK OUT WHAT YOU WANT.

My experience was one of disappointment all round. Firstly the roses took ages to get here and well beyond the promised delivery timeframe but the real issue came with the quality and poor communication. I bought 3 standard roses and one never stood a chance. I contacted this company requesting help to try and save this rose and submitted several photos, yet not even the courtesy of a response. Communication is everything and it truly isn't that hard to do. I have many roses in my garden that are performing beautifully so shall return to the previous suppliers for future purchases.

I ordered some standard Roses from Roses Victoria online. I live in NSW and Jonathan has been fantastic in organising delivery from Victoria to my doorstep in NSW. Nothing was to difficult and the Roses arrived perfectly packed and I can't speak more highly of the customer service offered by this company. This is the place to buy your plants. Our roses arrived and we are thrilled with them. We live very much off the beaten track but still recieved a personal delivery. Fantastic, the roses arrived in great condition. And the prices are good to. But the best thing has been the customer service and communication, big thumbs up and will definitely be getting more roses from them in the future
