Rose Merifield was honestly fanatansic! I suffer from PTSD. Which is a very hard disorder to get your head around.
Medication from your Dr or Psychiatrist is part to recovery. "But understanding your condition is another"
Rose helped me understand what was happening to me. She is so Easy to talk too. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Rose gave me the tools to understanding my condition.
Those tool and that knowledge have been the biggest steps into helping to assit my recovery by acknowledging it and really understanding it.
