4pm on a Friday, it’s too hard for the staff to print a 2 page word document for the weekend.

I mean seriously. “Sorry we’re about to shut” 4pm on a Friday when the office hours clearly state open till 5pm.

I get it, early mark on a Friday totally understand.

All I needed was a 2 page word document printed in black and white. Nothing hard. Not trying I’m trying to land the Luna module on the moon.

“Sorry, the computers already turned off”

Not that hard to turn it on for someone who wanted to pay 10x the standard rates just to get the page printed.

Really not very hard.

I’m new to the area and wanted some plane printed on A3.
Such professional service. Very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant Service!
I ordered a box of printer paper at 10am this morning and it was on my doorstep by 1: 30pm same day. Even though we are all currently in lock-down.
Having said that - I received the same prompt delivery with furniture a couple of years ago and even though it was a special order item.
Staff are always friendly and happy to help too!
