Definitely I had not a very good experience with this shop. After spending over six grand on a new Cox mower.however during my conversation with the owner of this shop on two issuers, his answer to me was, that I am too fussy and he doesn’t want to see me any more in that shop. Please note that I was very courteous to him during the discussion - as I am always very polite.
Nevertheless, I am embarrassed to tell you all of my experience that morning in that shop… I leave it to your discretion in order to understand how I felt, hearing those words after being his good customer for 34 prior years - does it make sense?
I purchased my second brand new mower from this same shop, known that I was going to be well look after and respected as all of his customers, "BELIEVE ME", it hurt my feelings every time I think of that shocking experience. Please comment on my Email (gianni348@gmail.com)

Over the past 2 years I have had many contacts with Will and the team, having purchased a battery mover and a battery pole saw. Whereas the saw had a slight defect that couldn't be rectified, Will had it replaced without fuss. They are a great team and important supporters of our local community.

Great service from the guys. I had my chainsaw in need of a service as well as my petrol blower. The guys were professional and thorough. They even alerted me to the possibility of the blower being 'too far gone' and offered a low cost check before venturing down the full service option. As it turned out, all AOK, and a very reasonable price for the work carried out! Really friendly local business to be supported!

Wow! The staff down at Rosebud mowers are so friendly and helpful. I’ve been back a few times now, I’ve brought the Husqvarna battery equipment and it is the best thing since sliced bread I’ll never go back to petrol.
