Roseberry House Early Learning Centre Glen Huntly

Our son Pau started at this kindergarten without knowing anyone and without being able to speak English, and everything was very easy and smooth with them. All the staff is very attentive and friendly, and they do incredible things there. They are very well accompanied by many educators at all times. The food must be delicious because Pau always asks for seconds and wants us to pick him up after snack time. Without a doubt, a good place to leave the little ones in the house peacefully.

We feel SO grateful to have found Roseberry House. We looked at many centers for our 1 year old girl, and Roseberry House felt like a home the moment we walked in, and we knew it was the right fit.
Our daughter has been attending 3 days a week for 5 months now, and we haven't got a single negative thing to say about Roseberry House. The educators and management are SO loving and supportive and happy, and our daughter very quickly began looking forward to her days at the center.
Since starting, our child's development has skyrocketed, and I know it's because of the encouragement and nurturing she receives at Roseberry House.
My friends with children all have pain-points with their childcare center, however we haven't found anything we could possibly complain about and feel so lucky to have this wonderful center and group of educators in our area.
The smile on our daughters face when she arrives at Roseberry House says it all. It really is a wonderful home away from home and extended family which we are so grateful for.

Happily would recommend Roseberry House. We recently have moved to this suburb and have been sending 2 of our kids here. A 4 year old boy (5 days a week) and a 1 year baby girl (2 days a week). All their educators and staff are very professional, have been taking individual care for the kids. I guarantee a 'Peace of mind' plus positive and happy learning environment for the kids. Tidy rooms, nicely maintained park and things around. My children are happy and showing good progress /imporvements. Sensible and family friendly team - works whole heartedly. We have had a great experience with Roseberry House Glen Huntly so far. We trust the educators and really appreciate the little update or summary of our daughter’s day when we pick her up. We feel like the educators have really gotten to know our daughter, and she loves her daycare days. The only thing I’d like to see is an increase in the opening hours. Highly recommend regardless.

We currently have our baby in daycare at Roseberry House and have had an amazing experience! She is very happy there, the staff are all very friendly and responsive to our needs and we feel very welcome every time we step through the door.

Roseberry House has been a great learning environment for our little one to thrive. We’ve starting sending our son ever since he was about 6 months and he has enjoyed his interactions with his peers and educators. There are some wonderful educators at Mem Fox Room, Andy and her team are very caring and we feel we made the right decision with sending our little one here. They send us daily and weekly progress, event updates which allows us to stay more involved in the process. The rest of the staff are genuine as well, our interactions with them have always been very positive.

They organise a lot of activities for the babies and our son enjoys his time at the centre. We looked around a couple of child care centres before we decided on Roseberry House and we’re so happy we took the decision to send our son here.

Our daughter has been attending Roseberry house for over 3 years. She is now participating in the 3 year old kinder program provided at the centre and loving every moment. The team are dedicated and passionate about early childhood learning and have made our experience very enjoyable.

Roseberry House is a fantastic place for my daughter. She is new to the environment and barely know English, but the teachers are very helpful and make her comfortable. They use flash cards to show pictures of water bottle, food, and blanket so my child knows it's time for drink, lunch or nap time. Now she already knows some English words and sings some nursery rhymes playfully. She also shows great signs of coming out of her shell. First, she naps longer than her first days. Second, she tells us her activities at the Centre and talks a lot about her teacher and friends. Third, she finally starts to eat more. I am so happy to see her enjoying her days with her teacher and friends. I highly recommend this Centre because they have various activities for children and share the happy moments through convenient app. They also let me know if my child eats well or have fun with her friends when I come to pick up her. This Centre will be a recommended choice for parents who look for quality early learning for their children.

Roseberry House is an amazing centre with caring and genuine staff. As first-time parents we were very nervous about sending our baby to childcare. But Laura, Andreina and all the staff have been so fantastic and helpful! They constantly update us about what's happening. They organise many fun activities for the kids and our daughter loves going there! We have peace of mind knowing our daughter is well looked after at Roseberry House.

Beautiful centre. Very child centred and loving. Took a lot of time to get my little boy settled but the staff were so patient and reassuring.

Unfortunately we enrolled our daughter who is usually very talkative and active, but became withdrawn and quiet when she was there. A few incidents drove me to terminate her enrolment early. 1. She came home with a black eye, I received no phone call and the incident report was done in front of me the week after when I dropped her off. 2. Another time that I dropped her off, her educator was not there, no one at the front desk and 2 staff were managing the baby room, with about 9 screaming toddlers, 6 babies crawling all over the room, 3 of them were crying and about3 kids from the 3-4 yr old room. I was told to leave my daughter there and "make her play". Her educator was late again, as I was told. 3. There is no management, no front desk staff and anyone can waltz in there and pick up your kid.
Their ZAP system is always down, so kids are never signed in or out, there is no compliance, no attention and no one picks up the phone. It usually rings out and there is no option to leave a voicemail either.
It is absolutely appallingly run, and I am sure there's a lot i haven't noticed in other rooms. My daughter who loves childcare, was keen to go elsewhere.

Our neighbors recommended RH to us and sending our two kids there has been such a great decision. The staff are wonderful and caring, it really feels like an extension of our family. Even if someone doesn't work directly with my kids, they greet them, know their names and enquire about their day / lives.
The centre is nice and small which I think has helped to boost my sons confidence and ensured he has had lots of attention when it comes to learning new skills. We've even had help from their chef to get the kids eating more vegies at home. High confidence in the RH team.

Lovely staff and centre. I was so nervous about my baby starting childcare but the staff always make us feel at peace and provide us with updates about how our daughter is going which is very helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids which I'm thankful for. Laura and Andreina have been amazing keeping in touch with me about bub needs. So far so good!

We toured several childcare and only Roseberry House who made us feel like it’s the right place where we can put our daughter in the care of someone else. Their programs are fantastic!
Since we did the tour (twice actually), both times Laura made us feel so welcome at the center and she is very helpful too. The room leader (Mem Fox room), Andy is really nice and made sure they will follow our routine at home.
Our daughter cried on her first day (as expected) and all of the educator were very hands on and distracted her to calm her down (and it worked!)

My child is in the Mem Fox baby room and I have found the childcare to be extremely caring and nurturing. We have absolutely loved our experience with Roseberry House and feel like our child is in such great hands! The educators are so very attentive. Highly recommend.

As a first time parent who was a bit nervous about my little going to daycare - I have to say I have been delighted with the service at Roseberry House.
My child has been going since March 2021 and all of the staff have been amazing. She is well fed, stimulated and socialised, well cared for and really enjoys going! Staff are fantastic - easy going and understanding. You get regular updates and pics on what activities the children have been up to and the communication is great. Highly recommend!
