I just wanted to say thank you for a beautiful experience at your store today. Nothing was too much trouble for your staff, they were lovely, accommodating, friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.

I was studiously ignored while browsing in this shop. Then one of the more senior staff came over to ask the woman standing right next to me if she was right or wanted any help. I then walked out.

Not saying they are racist, but if you're not white, you will be waiting a while to be served, you will not be greeted with a smile upon entry, and when they finally get to the stage where they cannot ignore you, you will not be made to feel welcome.

If you can't find something to buy here, either for yourself or a loved one, then you aren't trying hard enough! Seriously stunning array of gorgeous clothing, homewares and gifts!
