Rose Garden Epping Early Learning Centre

Disgusting management, staff is great but management is rude ignorant non inviting, chooses when she would like to say hello.if I could give zero starts.

Rose Garden is a second home to my daughter since the age of 6 months.

It brings me joy and calmness to see how excited my daughter gets every time we walk through the door each mornings.

I was very nervous at first to be placing my child into childcare at such a young age, however after seeing all the team of educators (from babies room to current room) showing my daughter care and nurturing manner in order for her to feel safe and comfortable made me know I had made the right choice!

I’ve noticed at how much my child has thrived through her developmental milestones with all the educational programs coordinated by the amazing team.

It’s not just my daughters needs that’s been met but my needs and questions have been accommodated by Acting Centre Manger “Mel”.

Mel has been an incredible asset to the company ensuring all family members are welcomed, valued and heard through her consistent “pro active approach”.

All I’ve got to say is “thank you all” for allowing my daughter and I to walk down this journey together
with Rose Garden team!

This is an awesome centre, my kids love their educators and their peers. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Rose garden is such a lovely centre. The educators are kind, nurturing and holistic in their care. They are creative to incorporate such fun into learning. They have put in so much work to get to know my kids individually and pay close attention to detail in their care. They provide regular daily updates, and are great at communicating with me.fabulous centre!

My 2 babies attend this centre and have done sinced age 1. The centre manager is very welcoming and informative. They make a concious effort for continuity of carers for kids which to me was very important. Casual days available only sometimes for my aged kids which is limiting. Overall 5 stars from 5!

I had an amazing experience with Rose Garden. This is the first childcare for my kids and I can’t thank enough to the staff for such an extra ordinary support that provided throughout the learning process for kids and parents.

Our 10 months old daughter goes to this child care and from day 1, we could see that our daughter is in safe hands. The management and all staff are highly professional. They take special interest in your child's needs and development. Jaimee, Melissa, Natalie, Rebecca, Shea, Louise, Peta and each and every staff is so caring. Highly recommend this child care:)

One of the best centres we have dealt with. Our child goes there five days a week and he loves it. The educators are the most respectful and welcoming our children have ever had, and the management is top class. One thing we appreciate a lot is the top class communication. Excellent use of Xplor app, and very responsive when contacted via phone or email. Highly recommended.

I absolutely adore all of the amazing staff members at Rose Garden. My daughter has attended the centre since she was 9months old and has loved it ever since. She is truly excited to be there and runs into the arms of her educators and friends, which is so warming to see. The entire team are super passionate and incredible at what they do and have been an amazing support to our little family, especially during the last 2 years of “lockdown life”. From our first orientation session, I was highly impressed with the level of care, education and attention all the educators provide. They really do go above and beyond, and bring so much joy to the children’s lives. The staff have excellent communication skills and use the app constantly throughout the day, which completely informs me of my daughter’s day, her learnings & interactions (as well as super cute pics of her in action!) - and it allows me to continue to build on her interests & experiences at home. We love being apart of the Rose Garden community and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of childcare.

My Girls have been going here since 6-12months old. Management and Staff are amazing. I feel comfortable that my girls get the same love here as when they are at home.

My daughter has been going to Rose Garden for 3 years and loves it. All the educators have been really lovely and the communication has been great. I’ve never really known what to look for in a childcare but my daughter is always excited to go and comes home learning new things so that is a great indication she’s in the right place.

Absolutely love this centre, my boys have been attending for 7 months now and I can not fault them. The managers are so welcoming to both parents and children and make me feel so confident about leaving my kids here and all the educators are so loving and attentive with the children. After looking at a few childcare centres in the area none of them gave us the same feeling as Rose Garden gave us and I am SO glad we chose this centre for our little girl.
Starting at 1 year she was able to stay in the nursery until both we and the educators felt she was ready to move up to the next room.
We receive numerous daily updates and photos which show all the fun she has with the educators and her little friends.
She’s learnt so much there and they’ve really nurtured her developmental progress.
Appreciate and so happy with each and every educator at this centre!

All educators are lovely. I would say when I totally rely on them for my kid. They give personal attention to each one of the kid. I have notice them each and every time. I go there different times at the centre and proudly I can say that they never failed me. I love this centre and the team for my kid. My kid is very happy with their educators.

My son absolutely loves going to Rose Garden. From his first hour orientation (he didn't even notice I was gone) and as he's moved up through the rooms all the educators have been amazing. The management is super helpful if you have any queries and the entire team is friendly and welcoming. Thank you Rose Garden for looking after my boy.

A very awesome and safe kindergarten, very hygienic and so so helpful and understanding towards each and every one of us and our beautiful children. I deffintly recommend it for all the parents. Kids can have fun there and learn as well! The educators are super kind and they sure know what they are doing.
