Great service and large variety of costumes and accessories. They're very helpful with helping you select the best fit. I rented a 1920s style cream suit for $110 and it included all accessories, which I felt was a very fair price. Just name the theme and they've got you covered!

Absolutely fantastic! The staff were excellent, together we put together the look that I was going for and they were just generally lovely to be around. They even made sure to mend a few spots on the costume before the day I needed it. Cannot recommend this place enough!?

I was super nervous and last minute but the excellent staff were so helpful. The costume was on-point and got great comments at the party. They were able to get the right thing at the right size.

Amazing experience right from the styling where the attention to detail was far superior to any other costume hire I’ve ever dealt with - right through to where a piece of my outfit was left behind and the staff at Rose Chong generously Uber parcelled it right to my door on a Friday night free of charge. Class act all the way. 5 stars for the quality and options available also.

Superb range of costumes and accessories; we thought we’d have to try multiple costume stores but we got everything from here! Special shout out to Genevieve, who was lovely and extremely helpful and made me feel much less nervous.

Myself and a friend visited Rose Chong's for the first time on Saturday. Such incredible costumes, from retro to vintage. We were loving the vibe. But the experience soon turned sour.
I went downstairs to the person sitting out the front with a sale rack and enquired about the price of a dress. She let me know the price. I was considering it, as I like to do with anything I purchase. She then rudely/loudly said 'are you poor? ' in front a crowd of people there. I've never experienced such disgraceful customer service. It's a pity as I loved the shop itself.

Amazing and friendly service. The girls made me feel right at home, helped me with suggestions and when my main outfit didn't quite fit helped me come up with an even better alternative.

Such lovely and helpful staff!
Was unsure when I arrived but ended up with the best costume when I left.

I was having a terrible day nothing was going right but I still had a job to do. Costume hunting, I headed to the wildly talked about Rose Chong. Gertrude st Fitzroy. On arrival turns out I was early an old sign mentioned Covid restrictions and I panicked! Got a coffee locally which was excellent and cooled my Jets. When I walked past Rose Chong lucky enough my day had turned around, so much so that I was greeted by the lovely staff and was amazed with how they went about searching high and low for the ultimate costume.

My nephew needed a costume for something he is doing and we went together to this place for that. The staff provided a good service and took our questions well. We weren't sure of buying costume and other paraphernalia online but the way the store is managed one don't need to. Anything big or small you can get here.

Service was amazing, the gorgeous girl with multicolored hair was super nice, smiley and helpful, we had a lot of fun trying and deciding on our final costume. Great store!

Pretty good do a great job for many years helping the partygoer film industry and bucks and Hens nights.

They have absolutely anything and everything you could even think of hiring or needing. You'll probably even find things you didn't know you needed. Rose makes half of the costumes herself and puts in so much time and effort this place is a treasure trove of treats.
