22 First and last time coming here. The older man that served me (a manager i think) acted as if he didn’t want to be there at all. When I asked for a Granita Iced Coffee in a large (i didn’t know it only came in one size) he replied back to me in an annoyed manner and said “it only comes in one size” and sighed while rolling his eyes after, as if i was supposed to know that already. He made me feel dumb. Then when i went to go pay with my watch it wasn’t loading fast enough and he dropped the eftpos machine on the counter like he was angry at me for taking so long. After i payed i stepped to the side and he served another customer and was talking to them as if they were buddies. It made me feel less than.
There are other nicer ways to respond to people. I know some people aren’t a people’s person but you would expect better customer service from somebody who works in customer service. You applied for the job and got the job, you are expected to do your job.
While watching them make my drink they spilt it then whipped it with a dirtied rag.
The only reason i gave a star more for service, was because the younger man smiled at me and said have a good day.
An old man who is not originally from this country was really nasty and made a racist remark. It was a bad experience.
Male Manager was so rude. He refused to serve us because we brought our own cups. Was aggressive and condescending.
Avoid at all costs.

Good coffee however the owner has such unwelcoming and rude body language every time so will not be coming again
The owner is always smiling and so polite and friendly to myself and my daughter when we go in the mornings before school and work. Thank you for helping us start our day off right.
Very bad service. Sat down, was told I must order food and I have a 30 min limit. What a joke. People around me were very surprised. I left the premises and noticed people around me left immediately as well. DO not go there. Do not support the business!
Owner needs training in customer service. He treats customers like dirt and doesn't care. People like him need to be out of business. Treats customers very badly and the care factor is zero. Near in front of me he told someone to finish up his coffee and leave now. I will be taking further action with the owner.
I ordered 3 coffees for myself, my husband and daughter from the rudest owner. We sat down to drink our coffee when he then approached after 15 minutes and asked us to leave to let other customers to have our table. We hadn't finished our coffee, we were very shocked by his attitude, rudeness and treated us like non paying customers. He embarrassed us and i told him how rude he was. He laughed and thought it was funny to embarrass us. We got up snd left and Will never go back again.disgusting disgraceful human. Coffee was very average and customer service was appalling.
I visited this Rosebud cafe today with my 2 sisters for a coffee and light lunch. The coffee was great as was the food. The best part however was the lovely lady who served us. (short lady with blondish ponytail and great smile). She was so pleasant and friendly. The business was quite busy and I noticed she was very friendly to all other customers. The owner is sooo rude! I was also asked to leave my table twice (same as review below me) after I had ordered my drink, I hadn’t even ordered my food yet, there were multiple free tables, yet I was asked to leave, I’ve never experienced such disrespect from any venue let alone a small business
Was asked leave twice (publicly) by the owner of the store in front of other customers before I'd even finished my coffee as he wanted the single table with 1 chair that I was sitting at, for other customers that wanted to sit down. I guess you're only a valued customer until you've paid for your coffee after that the next customers dollar is more important.
You rude pr**k, I sat at your cafe for 21 minutes whilst sending some urgent emails and to be honest, your coffee was probably the worst I've had in ages. You said you don't need my business and wouldn't want me back as a customer. I hope others after reading this won't bother spending money with you either.
I work for degani to Mt eliza and I worked for degani in Bento Square, all of them serve Empty croissants in your choise, not here, you have only ham cheese croissants and thousands of cheques.

I had the fold over lamb and it is the best fold over I have ever had. Subtle flavours and amazing smoky lamb.
Apparently the staff here think it's appropriate to verbally abuse customers for sitting in the wrong place, left my wife in tears, will never go here again. What an absolute disgrace!

I went to Degani in the Rosebud Plaza today and was very disappointed with the service received. My colleague and I sat at a table and were going to look something up quickly on the computer for work whilst having a coffee. I stood in line but it was quite busy and there were a lot of people waiting to order. I therefore sat back down waiting for it to clear then was going to buy the coffee and food.my colleague picked up a salad at Coles, which was on the table, but had no intention of eating it at the cafe.the older man came over and told us to leave if we aren't going to buy something. He didn't allow me to explain and went on about outside food not being allowed in the cafe. We then got up and said we'd get a coffee from somewhere else. He yelled good and told us to go somewhere else. I went back to get his name as to make a formal complaint, in which he said he was the owner and manager! I tried to explain again and he kept saying no other food was allowed inside. He was incredibly rude and yelled at me. I could not believe his attitude. I definitely don't recommend anyone go to tmthe Dagani at Rosebud Plaza. Not unless you want to be mistreated. There's other cafes in that shopping centre.shocking.

Fast service, beautiful staff who are always interacting with regulars and making people laugh, hard-working! The Chai he made me was mad! Definently coming back. Keep it up, guys! Xx
Generously filled pastries we had with slow cooked lamb & crumbed chicken focaccia for brunch. For desert had a delicious hot Nutella donut warmed up with great coffee. Oh my favourite place to eat in Rosebud for breakfast brunch and early/ late lunch! Wonderful customer service too, it’s owner operated so service will always be 10/10. Love supporting local good quality food, and customer service.
