Good quality timber but the service needs work. Only shop there as its the only timber yard within 20mins
Ive been here a few times rather than going to bunnings as i wanted to support local businesses. The staff are absolutely terrible, the most unhelpful and unfriendly people ive had to deal with at a business, surprised they are still open to be honest.
They really dont have much to offer in terms of stock, variety is that of a $2 shop with some timber and soil. Asked today if they had firewood, he gave me a patronising no and said go to bacchus marsh, im pretty sure i can find a place that sells firewood closer than 50km away, and as it turned out multiple places in Sunbury had plenty of wood. I wont be coming back.ever.
