Definitely 5 star from me customer service is on point management shes amazing michelle is amazing food is the best definitely worth the money breakfast was so good my partner ordered the crab brekkie i ordered eggs bene loved it 3rd time here and never fails definitely be back

We came here for my sisters birthday and the food and atmosphere was just amazing, couldn’t recommend it enough!

What an awesome place! Great atmosphere, amazingly efficient, friendly and attentive service, well priced and the food is awesome. During the first visit we were planning our second visit with friends.

I am baffled by other feedback about the service, it honestly could not be faulted. For a casual dining experience the staff were exceptional.

To the person who went to Mexican and complained because everything was “too spicy” for her kids. Perhaps stick to McDonalds. Firstly, the food was “Australian spicy” (i.e. Not spicy), secondly, open your kids up to different experiences, geez!

The Chilli was amazing, the Guac was creamy and delicious, the cheese dip was a surprise, best Mexican I’ve had since a trip to the US/Mexico. Thumbs up to the staff too, you do a great job of making people feel welcome.

Beautiful atmosphere. The food was delicious and had generous serving size. Me and my family absolutely loved it! Shoutout to Sierra for amazing customer service! We will definitely we back!

Omg! My new favourite restaurant, the food portions are very generous, the prices are reasonable.the flavours mindblowing.

Had Saturday lunch with wife and baby - plenty of space for our pram even though the restaurant was about 2/3 full. Was very impressed with the service from the two young waitresses - very quick and friendly. The chefs were also working very hard and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Unfortunately the food I ordered (pulled pork burrito) was really bland. My wife ordered the Mexican croquettes which were quite good. Serve sizes were good as were the prices. Might consider going again to try something else from the menu only because everything else was good apart from the food I ordered.

I got the original tacos and they had a really funny taste to it, I only got to eat the chips. My partner had the hamburger, it was soggy, tasteless and very processed. We were a table of 10 and we’re not told that we could not split bills when we booked it a week prior, who these days has cash and why would you not have a facility to split bills, advise people prior to taking the bookings, we were told to go up to 711, which was over 200 m away to get cash out, no toilets in the facilities and had to go to the cinemas. Just not good enough. I definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend?

The place seemed to be nice and the interior is really cool. Tacos tasted good, but the food from kids menu-OMG. We got a big plate of oily chips with a tiny fish bite covered with oil and flour, nachos with cheese sticked to the plate that you can't eat them. You first need to drag it off the plate. Oh and I should mention that my kids burnt his hand touching the plate. Should definitely reconsider kids menu and inform customers of the hot plates, especially children.

Young people working there seemed like they don't really care much, forgetting sauces and looking at me with poker faces. But that's ok.

Just can't really recommend if you go there with kids if you want them to have a nice dinner.

Great food, exceptional service, even brought a cake out for my daughter when they found out it was her birthday. Will def be back.

Such a wonderful all-round experience. From exceptional staff, a wonderful warm atmosphere to magnificent fresh food. We will be back for more.

When we got up to to pay for our meals, the waitress who was absolutely outstanding asked us what we thought.

We said unless they retrain the chefs or hire someone whose passion is food we’ll probably never come back and tell others we know and who live in and around Karingal Hub Frankston not to go there.

The chilli con carne was too watery and not heated through just sent to us warm, could’ve helped if they put a serving into pot, placed it on the stove and reduced some of the water out of the mince then it would’ve arrived to us hot

The fish taco was meh

The chipotle chicken was broiled so I asked if they could placed back under the grill but when they brought the chicken back it was meh! I thought a quick flash pan fry would’ve saved them.

The churros were overcooked and did not have that fluffy dough inside. Actually I am so annoyedy and knowing what I known what I do chefs need to step it up or, your business will be lost!

First time going, food and drinks great, wait staff friendly. Enjoyed our visit until it was time to pay, told no split bills, who doesn’t allow split bills these days? There was a group of 4 of us, so I had to pay and organise getting money back, not the end of the world but annoying, then I was told there would be a surcharge because of the weekend, ok? How much? Was told I’d have to tap my card before I knew how much? Umm excuse me? You can’t ask someone to pay before telling them how much, I didn’t need to know to the dollar but %% was is going to be 1% or 100%? I said to the girl I understand it isn’t your fault, I felt sorry for the poor girl and didn’t want to stress her out but seriously management sort this out? !

The service was slow, food cold on arrival, tasted like dog slop…unedible.
1 hr after I was not well and spent the next hr on the loo.
Extremely disappointing, never to return, beware

It has always seemed like an excellent restaurant to me, but I made a reservation for Mother's Day and the day before they called me to cancel because for that day there must be a minimum of 4 people for the reservation.

We went here tonight, I was given a drink that was wet on the outside so as I went to grab it the drink slipped out of my hand and spilt, ok maybe me, maybe them. 3 different staff members turned their backs after watching it happened including one rolling his eyes. I cleaned up what I could and asked for more serviettes, the same eye rolling guy rolled his eyes again, got more and dumped them in the drink and walked off. No offer to give a hand to help, nothing. I wasn’t blaming them, I wasn’t expecting them all to help but one of them could have given a slight hand with a cloth. After that our bill came out without us asking and us wanting some drinks and dessert. We then had to say we hadn’t asked for the bill and wanted to order more. As a huge Mexican lover this makes me want to travel than buy local. Only my second time here, first time wasn’t great but they were new and mistakes happen, second time and I’ll be going elsewhere.

Loved the atmosphere, food and service. Music playlist was very fitting and fun to sing along to. Food was incredible. Special items are great value and come with a soft drink of your choice. The Nachos Supreme is great for sharing. And the service was very helpful, friendly and always available. Will go again.

I could not praise this restaurant more, the staff was amazing, service was quick and delicious,
We were celebrating a friends birthday, and I booked it a day before and asked if we can do some dancing.
Our beautiful events manager (Alana I think) had the tables decorated, the floor ready for dancing, and provided us with the music.
The best evening ever, everyone was very happy and enjoyed the night.

Terrible, service stay away. Forced to book online which I did and received a confirmation and headed to the restaurant. Arrived only to be told they cancelled the booking only a few minutes before I was to eat. No call, no sorry just a smug look from the manager. I wouldn’t recommend going, the competition is so high at that spot give you business to someone who cares.

Staff were really friendly, fit out was nicely designed. Food was fresh and delicious We ordered 2 fish tacos a burrito and nachos. Everything tasted great. Would return and try more on menu as our neighbouring table ordered paella which looked and smelled amazing. Can’t wait to return. Nice little spot at karingal.
