Boys at roof makeover have done a fantastic job, no complaints on any aspect of their work, hi pressure clean roof, re-bed and re-point, sealer applied, then 2 coats prem resin applied, of roof all washed down after cleaning and blown down before any paint or sealer applied, this is very important to get a top finish, gutters cleaned, any broken or cracked tiles replaced, spare tiles painted and left for spares, no mess left anywhere, neighbours drive way cleaned even though no mess [ just in case] each and every 1 of their employees were courteous, easy to talk to, Dave trade supervisor was readily available for any questions i had about the process or concerns, must give a special mention to sunny who done the re- pointing and spraying, very meticulous and very nice person, every one i dealt with from them were excellant, including Nathan and Daniel.many thanks guys top job, cheers steve

I've never personally met them as I often left early before they came over, but from the texts, phone calls and what my parents were seeing, they are professional, respectful, down to earth people that want to do a good job. Although a little sceptical at first, I believe we made the right decision. Ask any roof restorer and they will tell you that a colorbond roof is difficult to repaint.properly.

Our tin roof was badly faded, but the Roof Makeover Specialist tradesman (Sonny) not only do a brilliant job in restoring the roof to it's former glory, he was also punctual, polite and always professional. He ensured that there was no overspray on the clear roofing sheets of our adjoining verandah as well as the front gables and at the end of the day he removed all rubbish from the site. I wish more tradies were like him.

Only time will test the product, but for now the look of the house from the street has been transformed and I am looking forward to seeing an updated satellite photo where it will finally match the roof colour of our verandah and carport. Thanks.

A friend of ours in the roofing business suggested we get a quote from Roof Makeover Specialists (RMS). I recommend RMS because they don’t “paper over the cracks”, and because of the quality of the repair and renewal work on the ridges and valleys of our tiled roof. The estimator who came to provide a quote did a very thorough appraisal of the condition of the roof and described in clear detail with the assistance of his photos what techniques RMS would use, and why these techniques seal a roof better longer-term than other options that a customer might be offered. Each RMS roofer that I had the chance to chat with during the job was very knowledgeable about their trade. As indicated by the estimator, we received regular update messages about what they were going to do next, and about when they would be returning to continue the work (which is obviously weather-dependent). During their work RMS was happy to meet our additional requests such as to remove fixtures on our roof that we no longer needed. They also brought tarpaulins to cover the paved area on one side of the house, which was reassuring. Their clean-up at ground level after they’d finished the job was in general good, leaving me only minor clearing-up tasks to do. RMS has given our roof a new life.

We had the team from Roof Makeover Specialist clean, repair and respray our roof last week. They were all spot-on punctual, polite and professional (a rare thing these days!). Nathan kept us informed at every stage, and Sunny & Raj were so hard-working, considerate and made the effort to create as little mess as possible. They did a very neat job and our roof looks great, thanks RMS.

From the beginning all was professional. After a delay due to Covid-19 work progressed efficiently. Nathan gave us a formal situation report daily. All those I had contact with were polite and efficient. The roofer himself, Dean, worked hard in sometimes trying conditions. He explained what he had done each day and always cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. I am full of admiration of his work ethic and the result. Well done all

Wonderful job! From Daniel’s quotation, Nathan’s coordination to Sunny and Raj’s great work! They put plastic wraps along safety rails just to avoid any sprays to neighbour’s house, neighbour highly appreciated it!

Especially thanks for Dave’s work, front valley in my house had designed issue causing leaking, Dave spent a day to re-do it, kept coming back to check any further leaks after roof washing and heavy rain. After whole job was done, he popped up when I contacted for small issues (tiles not on proper position), never complained
