I had my roof and gutters replaced by a different company about 2 years ago. Over time and with solar panel installations carried out, I could see chunks of tiles in the gullies and decided it was time to have the roof checked for any maintenance needs. The original roofer proved very difficult to contact, so I contacted Daniel, who came out and checked the roof, showed me photos of the problem areas and discussed what needed to be done. His quote was very reasonable, and his roofer, Steve, came out on the day and at the time we agreed, did a thorough, careful job, and showed me photos of the work done. I am very happy to recommend Roof Guard and will be contacting them for all future roof and gutter needs.

Excellent and professional work and customer service. Very competitive rates. Daniel and the team were punctual, courteous and friendly and worked flat out from beginning to end.

We had a problem with roof leaking and Roof Guard went out of their way to have the problem inspected on the same day.

They saw rotten timber and went ahead to replace the timber even though this wasn't something we anticipated in the quote. This showed that they really care about getting the job done properly. Initially I was worried that dealing with a company was going to be more difficult than dealing with an individual roofer due to higher cost and that the personnel would be doing things their own ways, but the price was very reasonable and the company seemed to be well run. My parents needed their roof cleaned up and also to stop possums coming in and causing an absolute ruckus. Got a few quotes and chose roof gaurd. Prompt service and in the end, my parents roof (and house) is now possum free. They re bedded and pointed roof. Cleaned and did repairs. My dad was very impressed with trent as he came back after possums lifted tiles to try get back in. My dad thinks Trent was a top bloke!
