Ben managed to come to my home within 24 hours of me calling him. He fixed the leak in my roof on the day. He was very thorough and explained what the damage was and how it would have happened. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service from Ben. Promptly came to inspect my roof next day morning after my call, detected a simple issue on the roof that caused leaks (a tiny hole which I then fixed myself), answered all my questions and did not charge any call out fee. And even gave me some spare new roof screws to replace those with broken washers.

Ben was straight up with us. Told us what work needed doing and gave us a fair and fixed price for the work all inclusive. He gave us a time frame which he stuck to with a couple of days where weather got in the way. Made very little mess and cleaned it up before they finished. Great workmanship. My name is Carlos and I used to work for Ben few months ago, I was driving Ben’s Ute and one day the police pulled me over because the Ute that belonged to Ben was unregistered, so I got a fine for $965 under my name and Ben never paid it even when he say he will and to insult the injury I waited two months for him to pay it but he never did and I got the penalty for not pay the fine on time. I always work properly and give more than 100% in my job but I always draw the line in dishonesty and I quit because work for a person like him is not worth it.
