I most highly recommend Roobotech having experienced incredibly knowledgeable, fast & kind service assisting with technical issues. Another competitor had quoted me a fee literally 5 times larger than what I paid at Robotech which had left me trying to resolve the issues myself for several days following YouTube tutorials. Being unable to resolve the technical issue alone I was thankful to have my problem resolved within 2 hours for a nominal fee at Roobotech. Thank you.

Bad service
I phoned in advance for a phone so I travelled half hour to get there only to be offered a phone with a faulty screen. I have a faulty screen phone why would I buy another one? They ask for cash transactions. Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere

Small friendly shop that has a range of phone covers, cases and screen protectors. They have a repair service for your tech issues and always seem happy to answer questions or help if needed. Reasonable prices aswell and they have 2 stores aswell as online store with refurbed phones tablets watches etc at good prices.

Usually they don't keep all the models all the time in store like big stores, but whatever models they have are best in price and quality.

They offer warranty for all the devices bought from their store or website.

Most of the latest models have good deals.

I reckon its the best reseller in Melbourne, came in this morning looking for a phone.found one for a pretty good price and he also gave a good protective case along with it.
