Based on my experience, I am very satisfied with this skill. I didn't know much about it before. I wonder if Director Romeo is good at it. I went to a hair salon in Gangnam, Seoul to get my hair cut.and the director there said he was good at cutting hair. He was a very talented person. That's when I found out! So, I’m making another reservation today!

Just had my new hair and choppy bang - loving it! Also lovely vibes in the store and highly skilled hairdresser! Will defo come back for future appointments:)

Been going to this place since it first opened. I only request Romeo to cut my hair and i've never been disappointed. The salon uses quality products and the interior design is perfect.

Visited the salon a few times for a hair cut and shiseido permanent hair straightening - always super happy with the results! Romeo is attentive, super friendly and very experienced. He knows exactly how to cut and care for different hair types.

Amazing service, I have come out twice absolutely loving my hair. Romeo always does a brilliant job of my cut and the girls are always amazingly patient with doing my perm, it taking longer to do than normal due my "caucasian thick hair. "

Although communication is sometimes a little hard the staff are always super friendly and happy to repeat things due to my bad hearing and the language differences. As someone with anxiety I am beyond happy to have found somewhere that not only does an amazing job but also makes me feel comfortable and safe throughout the process.

Do not use this place. I waited for ages and had a 5 min haircut. It was so rushed and uneven. Had to go back to get it fix - they spent another 2 mins. Charged me $50 with no hair wash. Do not recommend.

Just 2 days ago I did a shiseido permanent straightening with Julie. The outcome was so much better then I expected. My hair was soft and silky.
The hair product used was good and their pricing was reasonable. A humble and polite Korean couple running the business. I will go back again for more services and also recommend to my friends

I got Keratin smooth exactly 1 month ago. I was told that keratin effect lasts for 6 months on most of the hair types, and it might be less effective on a few types being 3 months.
Paid $230 for Kertain smooth +150 for hair color (global) + 40 for hair cut for shoulder length hair, which I had to pay by bank transfer as advised by Mr Romeo to avoid extra charge on card payment. Initially, hair was soft and smooth. It stayed that way for a weeks time. After the 1st wash, my hair became a bit frizzy.and after a few washes in 1 months time, my hair is back to pre keratin frizz. Today, when I went to talk to Mr. Romeo, he said that since my hair is frizzy, nothing can be done now. Very Disappointed.

I had a haircut from Hae Min. Very impressed with her attention to detail. She is still an apprentice but has the skills of a seasoned professional! Very friendly staff and I would happily recommend anyone to their salon. Thanks heaps for the awesome service!

Great hair saloon. I got a hair cut with balayage done by Romeo. He is very professional and friendly. Totally recommend this place for the best and reasonable services.

I had to book three weeks in advance for perming session. And when i went there, I was told that it cannot be done beacuase of hair condition. I have never done any bleach or hair colouring to my hair or nothing done to damage my hair.i just want to have perming to add volume to my hair. If they need to do see the hair condition first, then they need to tell beforehand.i would have booked elsewhere and i would not have waited for three weeks to be told it cannot be done. Total waste of time.unprofessional.

Loved my experience. Staff very well knows what they are doing and the main hair stylist gives you the honest advice. And customer service was OMG! Best hair salon ever I can think of from my personal experience in last 4-5 yrs!
