Rollys is the best ice cream shop I've ever been to. The flavours are amazing. My favourite flavour is Nutella and the fresh Ice-Cream and the way I see them make it is amazing. Fantastic Ice Cream, I can't wait to visit again. Love It

Would come in more frequently if the prices were a tad lower. $14.95 for a falooda is kinda expensive.

Really good top quality icecream. First time here tonight and will definitely be back. Highly recommend the Nutella. The customer service is exceptional also. The gentleman who served me went over and beyond my expectations to make my experience here excellent.

Very bad service and staff is very rude. They ask me 25 minutes for 2 ice cream and after 30 minutes I asked her is my order ready she said it took 20 minutes. Both girls were busy in gossips. Very bad experience

I would have given 0 stars for the behaviour of the girl (there were 2 girls I’m talking about the taller one) at the front desk making orders. I know when the place gets busy its bit hard to handle but you should have staff which can at least handle there own behaviour. She has no manners and was totally disgusting!

Just wrong. Completely ripped off and not as advertised. If you’re missing items and quantity from order don’t just send it out like it not your problem. $22.00 for a tub of ice cream with half of it missing.

Amazing place
We tried pan pan, pistachio and Faluda it was awesome
Faluda was perfect in taste. Sweetness apple and nuts what I got in every bite was awesome.
I will surely recommend it and will visit again

Interesting concept, I feel like the value for money is not quite there though. The dessert also needed some kind of sauce to make it better.

Only Falooda on the menu is delicious!

Cons
1) Overpriced @ $13.95 and charging $14.06 on card without prior notice wasn't a good experience.

2) Girls at the reception lack smile and appeared unhappy with the job

Remember this place being amazing so went there after dinner for dessert.

Not very impressed with customer service as we felt mostly ignored.

3 sets of ice-creams took about 20 mins to make in an empty shop. The base vanilla tasted very watery and as the whole thing melted, confirmed that it was.

Overall not a good experience today.

We spent about $27 for 3 cups of icecream but not worth it for money strawberry one was worst using frozen strawberries not good taste, chocolate blast have only half timtam n bit of brownies.its very sad that they didn't organise store properly. I reckon go to coldrock instead its way way way much batter.

The ice creams are delicious but the store is not managed properly.firstly it was very hard to locate their phone number on web, then when we found the number no one answers, then we reached the store, the girl who was serving was so rude, saying wait times are 25 mins while there was not even a single person at the store, she was not just interested in taking order. I hope the owner of the store work upon these few things and make some improvements to provide better customer service.

We paid $44 for three cups of ice cream, and we waited about an hour because the girl was busy on her phone and busy talking to someone else behind the door. She was rude and made ice cream for herself and the other person before making it for us. We were the only people in the store. Was expecting to get the big container instead of a tiny little gelato cup for the price we paid. Good concept, poorly executed and extremely overpriced.
