Food always delicious, service can be a little bit inconsistent and it is evident that they are stressed when busy but that's understandable.

Super unprofessional service and food, staff are undertrained and doesn’t even know how to place orders properly. Confirmed twice that I ordered BBQ pork with fried rice but still got the wrong one with pork. Ordered two main dishes with 2 snacks + drinks, they DID NOT give me drinks at all. Three lids on one cup of soup. Three pieces chicken ribs as a $6serve. Rotten coriander and mint leaves. Thank you Southland team.
Rubbish service and quality of meals weren’t great either. Get it’s a shopping centre but this store doesn’t even come close to comparing to other Rolld locations
Can't get an order right. Serves me right for not checking the bag after watching them take things in and out with another order before serving. Then the parts that were correct were even below satisfaction.
I just a roll d Bahn mi bbq chicken and I asked for extra corriander and a couple of chilli this person who made the bun thought it might be funny to add handful of chillies terrible service I was left burning and in agonagy all day and had to frown my bum. What a waste of money and poor poor service.
I'm shocked to see so many bad reviews. My experience was quite opposite. The young girl that served me was friendly, although a little flat with greeting and talking, but the food was delicious, and fantastic portions compared the other Roll'd stores I've been to. The seating space was spacious, quiet and private, clean and regularly cleaned by the staff. Really enjoyed this place. I wish the other stores were similar.
Their was a lovely young lady I think she was in training today and from me only just having a look at the menu I had noticed she had been a tad picked on by another employee maybe training her? If I were manager I Definitely have a word with her! I ended up walking away and not buying any food from here bcoz I felt intimidated by this other girl!
