I'll have to say it as I have been to plenty of Roll'd across Melbourne this seems to be the worst, others are great.
Bahn mi barely had any fillings no fresh chilli just a smudge of hot sauce, roll was not crisp or fresh
Chicken ribs tasted day old with no flavour also unlike all the other roll'd restaurants
Staff were very quiet and hard to hear They also over charged me to top it all off

Pho and Banh mi are superb. Try the mixed pho and the beef pho. The taste is closed to authentic and greatly flavourful.
Banhmi is great. Watch out for the middle age lady (i think she's the owner) as she serves the best pho. Centre is a bit quiet and dull though

Hey Roll'd, l know the cost of food and services is way up but the value for money for your pho soup is way down.definitely the lowest l've ever had for a pho, 3-4 stringy pieces each of chicken and beef, size and price decent flavour though, and pleasant staff.

TLDR: small, too salty, stale crackling, polite staff, not value for money

My husband and I had ordered online but due to a system error it processed through their cash register but not through to the kitchen. Staff politely apologised and asked us to wait 5 minutes extra and our order arrived relatively quickly.

It's been years since I last got a banh mi from Roll'd and the bread rolls have significantly gotten smaller.about 60% of the size of a regular banh mi you get from a Vietnamese bakery. My husband had the pork crackling except the crackling was stale and chewy. I had the BBQ chicken and it tasted like it had had 2 tablespoons full of soy sauce added.

Their "improved" banh mi was terrible and tiny. Even discounted to $5 it was bad value.

Horrible representation of the Vietnamese cuisine. I don't know how they've managed to stay open.

Staff was polite.

Lovely staffs that tend to my request all the time with a smile. Foods are good for a franchise restaurant (a bit adopted to Aussie' taste but overall are to my likings).

Good flavours and taste but a bit steep for $5.50 for a single Bao bun - needed a bit more chicken for that price…

I found the Bún exceptionally poor value for money. Hardly any chicken and what there was were very small pieces, more appropriate for a child's plate. Very disappointing.

Delicious food and a generous portion for a very good price. I can only vouch for the bowl sized beef pho but there was certainly enough beef and it was tender and delicious. A bit too much noodles for my personal taste and the bowl was too large but I didn't feel like I'd paid for more than I ate

Banh Mi here is such a disgrace! Ordered banh mi with roast pork belly and when handed over to me I was surprised how light it was. It didn't feel like there was something in it except bread. When I opened it, I was shocked that it had a very few strips of carrots and chillies and 2 pork strips! Paid $9+ but it's not even worth $2! Never again!

Probably the worst banh mi I've had in Melbourne after waiting for 10 minutes. Pork crackling in the roast pork roll consistented of the type you buy in a packet! #neveragain

Absolute joke. Disgusting and overpriced. Spring rolls burnt black; microwaved, dry, chewy pork; old soggy vegetables. There are so many nice Vietnamese places around, don't bother with this.

Love their Banh mi. The roll is soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The crispy pork is so delish and so is the crackling. I asked for mine with extra chilly. I was surprised that it was so spicy. So go easy on that if u are not used to chillies. I gave 4 stars only cos my favorite one is in Sydney (destination roll)

Nice service. Especially Jasmine and Trish. They were helpful for a first timer like me. The lemon grass beef rolls are tasty.

Purchased 8 rice paper rolls to take back to hotel. Got back to the hotel to find rolls filled almost completely filled with noodles with very very thin slices of meat arranged to look like they were done properly. They were not. Paid for very expensive noodles. Very very disappointed, dissatisfied and hungry.: - (

Terrible experience. First of all I ordered chicken bao not chicken “bun” but they got my order wrong. They weren’t too happy about correcting their order (because they then had to refund me the price difference). I thought it was weird how a chicken bao and a soldier roll costs so much! But I thought there might be three baos in a box so I didn’t question it. The prices wasn’t shown in the menus that’s in front of the cashier either, which makes it all the more confusing.

The bao is not great at all. I don’t know why but the bread is too wet and the dough stuck to my hand. A good proper bao won’t do that.

Won’t be going there anytime soon

Whats on people! Walked it at 7 pm yesterday and took the noodle salad.why was the serving so less? Much less compared to all the roll'ds I have had at. Strange! If you are running out of things do let the people know (this is me being nice) If it is deliberate which I think it is, it sucks! Never ever here

Pill bug was in a Pho soup, and they said that was a seed of bean sprout. And I had to eat that soup.
I swear it was definitely pill bug with lots of legs. Ewwwww

Bland, boring broth, stingy on the beef (only beef slices, no option of beef balls, brisket etc). Even along Southbank there’s better pho options

The food here is consistent with the other Roll'd I've been too at Frankston. The food is nice enough but very westernised missing the strong bite and heat of asian cooking. They use way too much packaging. I got a bowl of soup and that had soup ingredients in a bowl, a cup with the broth and a paper bag to put it all in. The bowl would have been more than enough.
