Worst Bahn mi I ever had, what a disappointed no sauce dry terrible pork and a small size. Got mugged off avoid a Bahn mi from here to avoid a good mugging off

So little ingredients in the rolls, 90% of a roll are rice noodles, they even slice one shrimp into two halves to make it looks like two, totally scamming

Worst Pho I have ever had. The beef was cut in big chunks which is big NO wheh serving sliced medium rare beef. It came out raw with blood and the soup was tasteless. When I asked the staff if they can heat it up the food for me, they didnt seem happy and didnt take my feedback about the beef seriously. The girl just said sorry that is all we have. It is a Vietnamese restaurant with no Vietnamese staff or anyone that seems to understand the basic of Vietnamese cuisine. Very disappointed!

Baguettes have gone down hill, they used to be so good.very enjoyable.now not so much, roll seems stale and not cut in the middle so what little filling is it slips and around and makes a mess everywhere, hardly any filling in them, Not much chicken, charged me 10$ there is more roll than filling, Rubbish really won't be going back. Shame as I used to really enjoy Rolled. Not filling at all I will have to go get something else, Complete waste of Money.

The young girl that is at the register. Is so lovely. She made a ice tea to have with my lunch on Monday. Thank you so much for the great service.

Im very disappointed. First time i tried the prawn roll and it was amazing. I came back to order more and then the lady told me the prawns are fried with the same oil as the bacon. I am Muslim so this was disappointing.

The lovely staff member who served me offered a free roll with my purchase because it was too small to be sold. A small act of kindness but it made my day!

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal (Tofu Viet Baguette, sweet potato chips and kombucha). Pricing is reasonable and great, friendly service. Hope to be back someday.

First time i ate there today and I really enjoyed it!
I had the lemon grass beef noodles salad and it really nice!

Was just at Rolld Melbourne Central today eating lunch, I ordered the lemon chicken with chilli and rice. Not only was the rice hard and bland, but my chicken was pink and undercooked. In shock, I proceeded to go back to the store to inform them, and they told me "the food is already 100% cooked, we just warm it up". I was speechless at this. I then again told them that my chicken is not 100% cooked as it is pink. I did not get a refund or any compensation for this as I also told them that I had eaten half of the meal. Not to mention my meal took 20 minutes to be "cooked"!

The rice paper rolls all look really nice from the front but the ones they gave me had very little meat or herbs. All noodles. I guess they hide the bad ones at the back of the row. Didn't notice until I got home or I would have said something.

Roll'd Melbourne Central down in the bottom food court (near train turnstiles) is wonderful. Great fresh rolls and exceptional service from a staff member named Rachel.

Their rice paper rolls are full of noodles and hardly any meat. Buy two rice paper rolls and only gave one chilli mayo sauce, hesitant to give another one. And how are you supposed to dip in your roll in such a tiny little cup. Cheapskate management, would not go again.

Highly overrated by the general public, not very good in my opinion. Portion size for cost is bad, flavours of the dishes are very bland. Difference between this and real Vietnamese restaurants is this type gives it a bad name.

The prices of banh mi are more expensive these days. The other items on the menu seemed fine. It was better than expected and was it delicious too. The staff were super friendly which it is why I gave this rating.

I bought 3 spring rolls cost me $14 and requested for 2 chilli oil. The staff said that they need to charge 50cent for 1additional chilli oil.

What if I bought 2 and I come back purchase another roll and request the sauce just a chilli oil are you still going to charge me?

Went to other branch. Have the same menu so many time, never been asked for additional cost for a tiny chilli oil.

12: 40 - Saturday Oct 31.1. People are waiting in line, and so are we. When it was our turn to order, we told her that we want vietnamese rolls, she pointed out to go to the side counter literally 2m in distance, another customer pops out of nowhere right infront of the vietnamese rolls, and then she decides to serve them first.

2. We ordered with chillis and no chillis were given.

3. We ordered spicy hoisin and hoisin sauce but only spicy were given.

We did not comeback to ask for changes due to the lines for a table (covid 19) - horrible service from the lady please train her to correctly serve rolld customers.

I'm very surprised at how low the rating here is! I've only had good experiences here. The rolls are super fresh and the Bahn Mi full of flavour. Food comes out quickly too. Would recommend!

My partner and I both got Bbq chicken Bahn no.
First bite, the chicken tasted old and not pleasant at all.

Discarded the rest but both of us became sick afterwards.
Should definitely look at your stock and make sure it's not passed it's use by date

Great first time experience at rolld.
I was served by an lovely girl who recommended the noodle salad. Service was very quick but super friendly. The noodle salad was fresh and delicious.
100% recommend!
